Time is running out on Scout Membership June discount

The June discount for 2019/20 Fantasy Football Scout memberships for 2019/20 is coming to an end soon.

This year the cheaper price of £12.50 runs only until June 30.

From July 1 onwards the cost of Scout Membership for the new campaign will be £17.50.

This is a £2.50 increase on the usual price of full season Memberships.

Over the years we have made steady improvements to what our Members can enjoy and we will be re-investing back into the site to enhance it further in 2019/20.

However, we recognise the support of our loyal members which is why we ran the usual discounted rate of £12.50 until July 1.

If you’re new to the benefits of Fantasy Football Scout membership, you can get full details, along with a series of movies previewing the content, via this page.

In 2018/19 we published more Members articles than ever before, and plan to produce at least 150 in the 2019/20 campaign.

We also introduced Members only comments and Hot Topics to allow for detailed discussions of content behind the pay-wall.

Our projections and Rate My Team tool have both been tweaked with the former updated more often than in previous seasons.

We are also hugely excited to introduce the brand new Flat-Track Bully feature which allows Members to conduct research in greater detail.

Using this new feature you can customise which matches form part of your tables and comparisons and which do not, based on the opposing team.

This will help you identify players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition, Flat-Track Bullies, or maybe those who thrive against the top teams like Raúl Jiménez did in 2018/19.

We will be releasing other new features when the June discount expires on July 1 so stay tuned on that front.

Last season, we helped Adam Levy to become the reigning Fantasy Premier League champion.

In his recent interview, he said: “I always sign up pre-season for £12.50 as I think that’s good value for the members’ content.”

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our members’ league and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

We are hugely grateful to those who show their support by signing up as a member each season. This continues to enable us to maintain the site, grow the FFS team and develop more ideas.

Members can switch between competitions to mine the data using an array of tables. Our comparison tools for players and teams can also be used to make head-to-head comparisons.

Filters can be applied to take into account only the last two, four and six matches played by a team or player.

Meanwhile, the match dashboard offers analysis of each match, together with charts which plot average positions and our collection of heatmaps for touches, shots, chances created among other statistics.

Members can also create custom tables based on the data and share them with other members.

The most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table which has a hugely successful rate for accurately predicting which underperforming assets will find the net next.

We will be producing a new preview movie highlighting what is available next week.

Our pre-season features begin with access to our members season ticker tool on or around June 13 with the announcement of the Premier League fixtures, with our Rate My Team tool and Player Projections to follow once the Fantasy Premier League player list is confirmed.

Having added new features over the last year – including Expected Goals data and Heatmaps – we’ll also be bringing back our Development Squad updates as we gear up to realise more ideas and bring you more tools to help enhance your Fantasy campaigns.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the members offering, then please feel free to drop us a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

Here is one last reminder that memberships are available for just £12.50 during the month of June, but will increase to £17.50 on July 1.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a member here. A full FAQ on our Members area is also available here.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to get a registered account, can sign up via this link.

Newcastle will surely get relegated. When Brighton sacked Chris Hughton I immediately had them pegged for relegation. However, Potter seems to have done well in the transfer market. Also, I read that Hughton did not make much use of Brighton's good youth system. So who knows. I actually think Sheffield United could stay up - good mentality & team spirit.

Could well be a case of the least shite teams staying up rather than the best teams staying up.

As a Swansea fan I was gutted when he left. More so when Daniel James was announced.

Top bloke with an exciting brand of Football to unleash at Brighton. Albeit with a glass jaw of defensive howlers.

I’ll be looking with interest at Brighton’s attacking assets (Trossard) but not so much their defensive ones this year.

So Zaha wants to leave Palace and Arsenal are interested. If AWB, Mili and Zaha all left Palace they would be screwed.

Not sure about that - Palace did fine pre-AWB, Zaha is massively over-rated and Mili is average if you take away pens. Plus if they got rid of all 3 they'd probably have £100m+ they could spend.

No particular news that Zaha wants out but the AWB deal means that Palace would drive an even harder bargain - I’d guess 70 mill to start. I don’t see anyone much paying that.

Arsenal might sell Auba, 30 years old striker, in that case they will have enough funds for Zaha

Would fix the problem of playing a Centre Forward like Auba out on the wings. A front three of Zaha-Laca and Fraser(potentially) seems the most well-balanced, if perhaps not high-profile. Auba-Laca-Ozil/Mkhi, although it sounds good, in practice it just does not work against teams that set up their defense well.

Wouldn't go so far as to say that.

      Guaita
      Ward-Tomkins-Sakho-PVA
      Townsend-Meyer-McArthur-Kouyate-Schlupp
      Batshuayi

      Hennessey-Benteke-Sako-Lokilo-Dann-Kelly-Souare

Looks a decent team that would stay up. Perhaps finish lower than last season, but would stay up comfortably.

Well hard to say, being a Palace supporter having seen him week in / week out AWB has been class when it comes to defensive duties, but does have weaknesses, also as PINGISSIMUS mentioned earlier hes had Townsend working hard tracking back in front of him and worked well together. If he was the complete package he would of cost allot more than £50 Million. I will go for a hit if he has someone similar in front of him working hard like he did with us. Who would that be at Man Utd currently?

This is an unfair question. IF AWB is not given the freedom to go forward, it's unfair to judge him based on the number of assists, crosses, goals, etc. Even if his role his solely defensive, there are too many variables that can hinder the number of clean sheets. Jones, Smalling, and Lindelof weren't exactly known for keeping the back line tight last season.

He accumulated 18 bonus points, which was the second most for CP last season. MAN top four bonus points accrued were all offensive positions and Shaw was fifth with eleven. Right off the bat, you can expect him not to accumulate as many bonus points. Shaw also accrued the most amount of clean sheets (among DF) with six, half of what AWB accrued last season. As mentioned before the CB's need to improve to accumulate more clean sheets.

AWB has spent his whole career at CP. New team mates, new coaches, new system, etc. Ultimately, I think he's a great addition with a promising future. But just like anything else, great things take time.

From an FPL perspective, I won't be adding him to my team any time soon. Not because he's a poor player, but because there are too many variables that define a 'success' or a 'hit' in FPL.

Its a step into the unknown given Palace play very much in the counter and his duties were nearly wholly defensive.

I’m fascinated to see what happens. I’d think he has plenty of untapped attacking potential but there again the United defence may not be quite as organised as he’s used to!

I had a dream about FPL last night. It was around GW 10 and I was looking at my game week history seeing that I had scored over 80 points every single week except one where I had somehow scored just 3 points. I was excited thinking that this would surely put me close to the top in all my mini leagues before realizing I had forgotten to sign up for any 🙁

Im not going anywhere with this except please for the love of god release the prices soon so I can start tinkering!

Wouldn't have been surprised with 7.5 or even 8.0.
7.0 feels enticing, but suspect it'll still be trickier to accommodate than most expect.

Seriously awful pricing to be honest and this is my take on it :

If you price Robbo at 7.0, then the likes of Laporte, VVD need to be 6.5

They have priced Pereira at 6m, only a 1m gap to Robbo. Digne should be priced higher than Pereira, but they can't price Digne at 6.5 because he's not worth the same as Laporte & VVD.

FPL towers wanted to price Pereira that high to avoid him being such a template pick in an attacking Rodgers side, so why didn't they do the same with Robbo to avoid him being such a template pick? They've totally messed up the price points and the difference in price between certain players now makes no sense at all.

Absolutely no chance Robertson has more than 50% ownership GW1. I expect Alisson, VVD and obvs Matip/Gomez will be 6-5m. Salah and Mane will still be popular, Firmino might even come in cheaper than last season.

Oops that should've read 6-6.5m but Matip and Gomez could even come in at 5.5m.

Alonso reached the 160/170 mark to get the 7.0m price.
Robertson gets a recordbreaking 210 pts, and he gets the same price?!

I have very clear views about Ritchie. Tad overpirced. 5.0m and I'd be all over him. Great at Set pieces and a decent shot as well. If they still keep the Rafa DNA and Schar/Lascelles/Lejeune keep up their form. . could be good.

Puts him in the PVA/Doherty bracket I reckon - there could be a time & a place...

Nirvana scenario is new manager plays him in an offensive role now & he keeps pens/DFK’s/Corners etc - could be useful

His opening fixtures aren’t the best, so should give us time to sit back & observe, maybe even harvest a few price falls

4.5 might've been auto-include. 5.0 would've tempted. 5.5 feels a little high given Rafa is off, but looking forward to him proving me wrong

Ritchie's price seems about right. 8 assists, 2 goals in a defensively tight team is good stuff.

But with Arsenal, Tottenham and Liverpool in their first 6 games, we have a chance to wait on him and see how the new manager does.

If Robertson is 7.0 with his haul last year then the likes of Walker and Trippier can’t be more than 6.0 I suppose. Going to be a massive Liverpool template unless Chelsea and Arsenal etc def are 5.5 or less

Trippier at 6/5.5 might be a bargain, especially if Eriksen departs and concedes all set piece responsibilities.

With Ritchie 5.5 you would imagine Arsenal and Chelsea fullbacks will be at least 6.0 which means they will be awful picks compared to Robbo/TAA

Personally will find it difficult to pay that after getting him for 5.5 last year - rightly or wrongly...

When himself & Wilson start together though they bring home th bacon more often than not - Mahrez/Vardy-esque last year

It's always so hard to pay significantly more for a player the next season, particularly for me when it's this kind of price bracket

I agree. Tricky price point. His game time increased by a third last season and his points doubled. Sustainable? What does Fraser's price point say about Siggy who accumulated a similar amount of points?

      2. Differential C (Mark)
        • 8 Years

Very tough if he stays at Vitality. But if he and Wilson stay fit, the partnership could be Vahrez-esque, in which case its a fair price.

For Bournemouth, it’s a no, for Arsenal however, could be a bargain considering his chance creation.

Also, nice Scottish combo potential down the left if Tierney also joins.

Probably 0.5 higher than I expected, at Bournemouth..but could become very attractive with a move to Arsenal. Either way, it's nice to have a familiar face capable of delivering in the 7.0-8.0 bracket.
