Fantasy Football TV Guide: Your schedule for the best video content for GW38+

For 12 years, Fantasy Football Scout has been committed to providing the most insightful and entertaining content for Fantasy managers.

Whilst that intent has never changed, the mediums certainly have evolved and expanded over the years. What started out with text articles and tools has extended to encompass audio podcasts, four channels of social media, emails and video streams.

This season we’ve invested into all of these areas, but video especially, shipping in extra talent to increase output with the likes of Andy, Sam, Gianni and the Pro Pundits joining Joe to offer fresh news and opinion every day.

Of course, we’re not the only ones doing this, and with so much content it can be a challenge to ensure you get all the relevant insight.

Which is precisely why we’ve put together this Fantasy Football TV schedule, rounding up some of the best streams and videos from Fantasy Football Scout and friends to help guide your Gameweek viewing.

The provisional schedule is outlined below (with channel links), but we’ve also created a Google Calendar that you can add to ensure you don’t miss a minute.

The times provided below are in British Summer Time (BST) and subject to change.

Will be on BB GW38, Do you think -8 is reasonable? Have button as 2nd goalkeeper want to get Mc Carthy and I m not sure that Jimenez against Chelsea is a good idea

Chelsea defence not great. I want to go hit free into GW38.

If I had Jimenez I would not take him out for a hit.

with it being bb and last gameweek i would pay a little to have the fun it is to have 2 goalies playing. Reasonably good chance getting you points and i would just consider it part of hit that involves the other one you do, look at them in combination rather than seeing it as hit for a goalie. Not looking at Jimi as one of the best options this week but that game is unpredictable so you might get pleasantly surprised. I would do that goalie move and the last one you have not mentioned, would not go -8, because the benefit of playing BB could be rendered null and void by taking more than -4.

Thanks for those advices. but If i want to sell Button I have to take another hit because of money ITB 0,2. Already did Holgate to Bardsley

then it is more complicated, not anything else you can do? Jimi will probably be Ings right, because of funds i reckon?

In your case, 2 of your players out is not getting points, so essentially a -8 is Jimi vs Ings and then 2 players you otherwise would not get points from vs Bardsley and McCarthy?

That changes the proposition of -8, i would say yes it is worth it. Jimi could score a brace but he rarely does and you can get only 2 points each def but at least you have the potential to get points. Not he most explosive players you bring in but decent chance of one cs and if the one you get for Jimi matches him at least you had some fun if not more points.

Since Villa & Watford still have something to play for in GW38, is it wise going with Arsenal/West Ham defence? Surely they would score atleast 1???

A point will be enough for Watford so they don't necessarily have to score. I think their priority will be not to concede and they'll park the bus but of course tactics might change if/when they concede.

We can safely say Watford’s strength is attack rather than defence, therefore even if they were to play for a draw, a 0-0 is more unlikely than a 1-1/2-2 is more likely right?

well Martial doesnt do much away, thats the only one i'd consider losing tbh as I have all 3 and that seems over-kill. But I think I will keep them all, as it would be a -4 to ditch one

He got 8 points in his last one and would have got 14 points in the previous one vs Villa if his shot which hit the post went in. I think home vs away since restart is mainly due to small sample size.

Expected Vardy to score yesterday and he did nth. Early goal allowed Spurs to sit back which didnt help, sure, but... Jesus, Kane, Auba, Wood, Ings, Rashford all look like better picks than Vardy for 38

      I agree!

Problem for Leicester is the cannot sit back and defend. They will be mutilated. Only way for Rodgers is to attack. That is even better for UTD attacking assets 🙂

Can see Ole going 352 vs LEI.

keeping Martial but Leic might be bad but United were piss poor vs Chelsea and not convincing vs either Palace or Saints, and Fernandes is not shooting as much and to be fair, if i were Bruno owner in that game i would actually hope for United NOT to get a penalty. Kasper will save it.

And, Leicester home is far better than away. What is in United´favor though is that they will be in pole position if they win or draw vs West ham, but in games like those the first goal will be very decisive also for a fpl point of view.

I think Martial and Rashford are better options than Bruno in that game and i think the other games also steer people away from more than one or two.

I still believe Pep will either start Jesus or Sterling vs Watford and same for Norwich. If both start vs Watford then GW38 is going to be a massive problem with Pep roulette GW38.

Kai Havertz reported to join Chelsea and let's have a look on Chelsea's attacking assets for the upcoming season:
Mount, Pulisic, CHO, Abraham, Giroud + Werner + Ziyech + Havertz
I think Frank will start with Mount Pulisic Werner Ziyech Havertz... This attack is even better than Man Utd's attack

Feels like overkill signing Havertz. You'd think once they're all settled in Havertz, Werner, Pulisic and Ziyech will all start considering their huge price tags. Kante and Kovacic behind them. Leaves no room for the home grown ones, Mount Abraham CHO RLC as well as Willian Barkley Pedro etc. Gotta think Pedro won't be the only one to leave this summer

      1. Klaren
        • 6 Years

If they want to compete to win PL and challenge for CL, none of those homegrown talent and Willian Barkley etc are good enough, at least to be in first team. They could be used in rotation.

They should prioritise signing a top level defender over Havertz though.

Ziyech have not played a competitive game for what, 6 months? Gonna take some time i guess. I think Chelsea should have gone for a more Giroud type of player, Werner is not a striker that like to play alone up front, Germany tried that and he was a big disappointment and they played Mario Gomez instead. Not the Gomez in his prime but the ageeing and playing in Turkish league over the top Gomez. Germany also played 4-2-3-1 which i see many here assume Chelsea will. Werner is most efficient while playing alongside a big striker in 4-4-2/3-4-3/3-5-2.
Havertz has been played more in a false 9/second strikr so Lampard might play 2 on top, but that leaves only one spot for all their wingers. Without Kanté, they are extremely vulnerable if they play 4-2-3-1. Until Lamps settles his first 11 it will nightmarish to predict who´s going to start out of that lot.

Ziyech will adopt easily he is a Mahrez style player, I expect him fresh from the start. Werner along with Havertz up front will do wonders imo. We will see...

If you are on a -4 would you take another hit to get a defender in as my other 2 are injured? So lascelles > Tarowski

    TAA - Doherty - Kiko - (Lascelles - Holgate)

Played well last game, but there's just so many other midfielders that I want as is, not sure he makes the cut.

    A) Auba + Foden
    B) Kane + Foden
    C) Auba + Soucek -4
    D) Ings + Dilva -4
    E) Jesus + Bowen -4

Gotta be A or B right? Any of those hits seem worth it?

No I don't. Which is why I'm tempted to get rid. But even if he doesn't... he might be able to get something off the bench to make a -4 a mistake.

E could be worth it imo but otherwise A/B.

You don't need to be making defensive ML transfers if that's what you're asking.

Is it worth -4 for last GW to do this:
    Pickford and Rashford OUT
    Martinez and Aubameyang IN
    ?

Not so sure Auba outscores Rashford by 4, but might be better to ask after this week's games.

I wouldn't even consider this if I didn't have to catch up on 25 points in my cash mini league. It's frustraiting tbh.

Thoughts on Ederson and Vardy to Jesus and Pope for -4

Or should I just do vardy to Auba for free?

      Vardy to Auba or Kane.
Ederson is just as likely to get a cs as Pope, and the City goals might come from their midfielders rather than Jesus

Thoughts here gentleman? 1FT, 0.6 ITB

    Pope
    TAA Cresswell Maguire
    Sterling KDB Foden Martial Pulisic
    Rashford Wood

    Fab DCL Egan Doherty

    a) Doherty > Tark and play over Maguire
    b) Pulisic > Antonio
    c) hit for Rashford > Kane/Auba
    d) something else

Just signed up for the three day free trial members area.

    What's wrong?

idk, but its not a trial if you have to actually buy membership to utilise it....
Such a con description, it is essentially "buy memberhsip, and get 3 days free". And even then that makes no sense, because if you got membership anyway with the "trial" you would have the same amount of time/access. Its not like you pay daily for the membership.

A trial is where you try something and can then choose not to purchase it after the trial expires...
