A Fantasy Premier League veteran of 11 years, Darren Wiles has an incredible track record with three top 1k finishes in the last four seasons.

Unusually for me, I was a little late to the Fantasy Football party this season. All while most managers were busy planning their drafts since the launch, I was busy packing up boxes in the process of moving house. 

I have been desperate to get started and now that mission has been completed, I have finally been able to start planning for Gameweek 1.

It’s easy to see why moving house is widely regarded as a stressful time in our lives but let me tell you…it’s a walk in the park compared to working out how we’re going to get in the Manchester United and Manchester City assets into our teams for Gameweek 2.

So, after registering my team, assessing the fixtures and diving into some data in the Premium Members Area, I now feel ready and equipped to share my current draft along with a few ideas I have.

    Trying to plan transfers out, whilst starting with a strongish team:

    McCarthy
    TAA - Davies - Justin - KWP
    Salah - Auba - Saint-Max - Bissouma
    Kane (C) - Werner

    Bench: Nyland - Mitchell - Greenwood - Davis

    Monitoring Salah to Fernades or KDB, then monitor for GW3 for Kane/Werner performance.

    Soucek price will fall very quick when people want that 0.5m saving. With those fixtures I Think he is a trap

        7 is lower than 8, so I'd say nah.

        But serious, ignore ownership and get who you think score points.

    Anyone going without pool defence? They have looked a bit shaky atb since restart.
    Also first 3 fixtures dont really offer cs potential.

    I'm worried about Liverpool's camaraderie, in particular around Salah.

    His best 2 friends at pool were Lovren and Can, both gone. His new best friend is Tsimikas. Seems a bit odd that the new guy is his best friend.

    Klopp professed that he didn't know who will be Salah's friend after Lovren left. Robbo openly claims he prefers Mane. Salah claims he was happy to win the prem but failed to commit to stay at Pool, instead saying who knows about the future.

    I guess im worried about his motivation, as camaraderie is important and self worth is often influenced by your peers.

    Steer | Mitchell | Johnson* | Davis*

    Mitchell in for Greenwood and 4-4-2 in GW1.

    Once KdB comes in for Salah/Auba I will invest the 0.5 in upgrading one of the 4.0s to a 4.5.

    Love the team. But would be interesting to hear about transfer plan for gw2, 3, and 4.
