Work out who you want to captain over the next few GWs and decide your premiums from that. For me Salah and Lukaku rotate really well so am keeping them and building from there.

nah. I think you can still get Salah, TAA and 2 premium strikers if you have two two reasonable mids and 4.5 mids in a 4-3-3
