Right lads. Haven’t put as much thought into my team the last few weeks compared to the first few weeks of the season, and looking at the arrows, it is definitely affecting my ranking. So here is an RMT.

So I was thinking a combination of these transfers. (1 Free)
Jaask -> Szczesny (Can’t be doing to many RMT’s with him in there)
Hutton -> Kyrgiakos/Konchesky (Which one, even if you think neither, which one?)
Elmander -> Tevez (Obviously is a risk but I need City attack coverage (Not midfield, alternative is ————–Balotelli of course)
Elmander -> Rooney (Crap fixture for him this week but thereafter they are good)
Any help/other suggestions appreciated. (Sorry for the length)

Yeah szzczzzszzy is a good shout for saves for about 2-3 weeks (unless he really impresses), but I wouldn't buy an Arsenal defender, let alone a goalkeeper.
As for the Liverpool defenders, I wanted kygrios, but settled for konchesky as I was 1m short.
Tevez/rooney, I'd wait and see.
I think Konch is a better bet for the next few weeks than Kyrg.
With possible weather cancellations and rotation, with the games coming thick and fast over xmas / new year, the last thing you need is a defender who might be out of the team soon (when Agger is back).
out of your front eight Elmander is the weak link this week, but has a good fixture next week. If any have to go it's him. But I'd be tempted to hold fire a week and have two transfers the following week. I wouldn't alter your defence this week....A cole could be your gateway to a luxury Baines or Vidic, but not this week, next.

But I weigh advice on how it's presented, how it's explained, and how knowledgable I understand the advisor to be.
So Jonty's advice is weighted favorably in my mind.
I think that was meant as a compliment, although I'm not sure now. Either way my poor score this year is down to poor luck combined with safe tactics. A little more recklessness could have got me a better score by now.
I was on a worse score this time last year but ended up just outside the top 10,000, so I live in hope.

Depends, as for creating the song yes, but ownership can be transferred or licenced, safe to say that the label has a right over it to be fair, but the boys would have royalties tied into that
Copyright just means someone else can't take the song and pretend they wrote it. This would all about publishing rights and similar guff.

It defeats me why anyone would bother buying a slightly less scottish version of the same thing, with a *****y keychange at the end.

Covers can be good, in this case it is making an already quite "poppy" song by Biffy Clyro's standards, a bit more poppy and accessible to the sheep that buy this stuff.
As I said, they wrote the song, they are cashing in big time now, it is a compliment to them that the song was chosen, their original will sell for those that prefer the "rougher" edge, bingo on both counts.
Yeah, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for Biffy to make some big money. Very few bands get a windfall like this. They should do quite well out of it without having to lift a finger, and it's priceless promotion for their back catalogue.

Cant understand why people are wasting a transfer taking Elmander out.
They are up against a sunderland side who have to field an emergency centreback , and the threat in the air of bolton will create plenty of scraps for Elmander.
The game has goals written all over it.
