    How am I looking?

    Onana (4.0)
    Taa - Saliba - Cash (4.0, 4.0)
    Salah - Bruno - Eze - Almiron (4.5)
    Pedro - Jackson - Haaland

0.5 itb for Jackson to Nkunku when fit.

Almiron would be Mbuemo if he wasn't flagged.

Unconfirmed twitter reports Nkunku might be out longer than was first expected, but not a bad idea keeping a half million itb for other moves.

    Onana Areola
Estu Gabriel Botman (Mings Beyer/brentford def)
    Salah saka rashford Eze mount
    Joao Pedro Haaland (fodder)

Very similar to me except Ive Madders instead of Mount and still need to decide on the 4.5 defender as Henry is now flagged so I like it.

Better goal threat, less competition (Timber and White can both play RCB, only Kiwior plays LCB)

      1. RashFraud
        • 8 Years
        2 years, 4 months ago

Yes but don’t think Arteta would drop Saliba or Gabriel tbh, surely first choice CB pair. Timber might play RB over White at times tho

          • 11 Years

No I agree, but players need rest, hit bad form, etc. It’s less of a dropoff from Saliba to Timber than it is from Gabriel to Kiwior.

Think they’re both nailed on and will start 99% of games (injury aside) but the goal threat is the main thing.

Template seems to be shifting. Now looking more like:

    Ramsdale
    Estupinan - Trippier - Stones - Shaw
    Saka - Rashford - Mitoma - Fernandes
    Haaland - Watkins

    Areola - Gabriel - Anderson - Archer

TAA, Botman, Jesus and Mbeumo have been falling and Stones, Gabriel, Watkins, Fernandes rising.

Onana would be the GK instead of Ramsdale, but you can only have 3 players from one team and the three highest Man Utd are Shaw, Rashford and Fernandes.

This team has the highest combined ownership within budget and valid formation (including max 3 players from any team)

Which option out of these three looks the best:
    1) Martinelli + Watkins
    2) Martinelli + Darwin + 0,5 mil in the bank
    3) Havertz + Darwin + Joao Pedro instead of 4,5 bench fodder

Sounds a good idea, although I’m not a big fan of a 4-4-2. Mainly because the 4.5 striker and midfield options are pretty rubbish, whereas the 4 million defender options will at least start and could get clean sheets / occasional attacking return so I’d rather 2 of them on my bench than 2 cheap attackers

Potentially but I don’t trust Brighton with all the attackers they’ve got now haha. Plus I reckon Brentford could get a few against that flimsy Spurs defence. Strikes me as a 3-3 kind of game.

In the last game Pedro started up top alongside Welbeck, so maybe more space if there are 2 strikers. Plus he is on penalties. It seems like he has a higher ceiling to me. If there is rotation at least he will likely be subbed on and maybe get a late goal, as matches are likely to be longer with the new added time rules

    A)
    Pickford, 4
Chilwell, Gabriel, mings (or other 4.5), 4, 4
    Salah, Rashford, saka, eze, 4.5

    Onana, 4
    Chilwell, Gabriel, estup, 4, 4
Rashford, saka, odegaard, Bruno F, 5.5 (maybe Douglas Luiz)

I don't think I would captain Salah any other gameweek expect GW 2 against Bournemouth. With that in mind I think I can more than cover his points with this midfield. Of course, if he gets red hot form, than I'll probably find a way to get him in my team.

Confident he will start week 1 but I'll probably sell him week 2 for a total guess/punt on a non-Salah Liverpool forward for captaincy. Basically punt it off while waiting for Godmus. It won't work out well but I'll have fun trying.
