      Why would you sell Mitoma

        Targeting the Bou fixture
I guess. Could always go Bruno to Diaz. A bit undecided on either though as Mitoma is decent. Just not sure of a Brighton double up in attack

I would hold for this week and save the transfer, gives you a chance to monitor both and have 2 FT next week as a luxury for some movement if needed. Tasty fixture for diaz but mitoma could always get some returns with his fixture

Very brave to be without both Haaland and Salah, but I hope it works out for you! I would probably captain Jota to target that BOU fixture. I think he has a better chance of good minutes and points than Darwin. Watkins is also a leftfield option. You would make a case for Wilson over Eze, but I think Palace will probably score and Wilson probably won't start so it's tough.

      1. Count of Monte Hristo

Thanks both, yeah I was thinking Eze at home playing 90’s minutes against Arsenal who only have 2 clean sheets in 11 with penalties.

Wilson also on penalties but likely to be benched and come on again after Isak performance last week. So realistically I am hoping for Wilson to come off bench and get something.

Given you’re clearly minded to be bold going without Haaland how about transferring out James and going for a cheeky early bench boost as bench is otherwise pretty strong and could return

Have dreadful bench cover and two starting risks in Walker & Bernardo:

Saliba - Estupinan - Walker** (Baldock - Kaboré)
Salah - Rashford - Saka - Martinelli - Bernardo** (Osula (FWD))

    Best move?

    A) Bernardo —> Diaby / Mbuemo / Mitoma (FT)
    B) Bernardo —> Gallagher/Enzo (FT) (Save £ for Chilwell next week)
    C) Walker —> Colwill/Gusto/Henry (FT)
    D) Save FT and live with Baldock/Osula subbing in

    Cheers!

Save and revisit next week so you can redistribute funds for the right replacements (e.g. Chilwell).

That said I do really like Enzo as a pick so B could work, I just wouldn't rush it ahead of West Ham away.

Definitely too kneejerky. Salah is not worth breaking your team up for. United got battered last season in GW1 by Brentford and went on to be the best defensive in the league. The Wolves game was poor and they will learn from that and improve. Selling all United assets because they scraped a 1-0 win is not the way to go. Roll.

    Estu-Chilwell-Cash (Gabriel-Beyer)
    Saka-Salah-Rashford-Eze-Mitoma
    Haaland-J Pedro (Balogun)

1FT, but am I G2G with this lineup?

Not worth a hit. Eze a good pick, but definitely looking at Maddison.

No. Maddison a good pick, but not worth a -4. Eze very unlucky not to get attacking returns last GW.

So does it seem likely that both stones and Baldock don’t play this week? Will only have 2 playing defs if so, so worth getting rid of Stones for a hit? Have Chilly and Henry

Will Gusto really be a regular considering Caicedo played that role many times at Brighton?

Didn't Disasi also play at right back for France in the world cup?

Yes but he has played like 5 games at rb and 160 games at cb while Gusto is a pure fullback

It would be weird to pay 30million for a rightback and then not play him at rightback when needed.

I think Caicedo would only play rightback if James were to go off in-match and Poch can't/doesn't want to use a substitute.

There's also the possibility that Poch may evolve a system with a fullback inverting a la Stones and Caicedo would be that player, but that would take time on the training ground.

    Correct bench order here?

    Chukwuemeka (whu)
    Udogie (MUN)
    Baldock (nfo)
