    I am going to have to skip Trippier as it will eat away all my budget and then I will still be left with both Bell and Baldock which is not ideal.

    But I am going to get in Botman and Gordon, most likely this week for a -8. Can't afford to be without Newcastle assets, will damage your rank badly.

    Chilwell and Ahamada to Botman and Gordon. That will leave me with enough cash to spare and fix Baldock and Bell plus I still need to get rid of Disasi.

      thanks both. Darwin is my 8th attacker who I rotate in when I don't like a fixture for my midfielders. Torn really between freeing up funds for Salah, or spending the money on Trippier and having Darwin as my Liverpool option.

    WC didn't pan out too well:

    Sold: Sterling Bruno, Maddison, Watkins (30pts)

    WC: Salah, Diaby, Mbuemo, Alvarez (14pts)

    WC ended up +6 points better and I dropped from 1.5m to 2.1m lol

      Smooth: Best gameweek I've had for a while - taking a -4 for Trippier really paid off. Only two blanks in the entire team and one of them was Alvarez so not rank changer really. Leno's 10-pointer set the tone nicely on Saturday.

      Rough: don't own Son and overnight rise has priced me out of the move from Rashford. Will need another -4 to get him in.

      Overall, 102 (-4) and the biggest rank jump I can remember getting - 1,921,548 to 430,882.

      It's been a tough couple of seasons so it's nice to feel good about FPL for a change.

      Was quite happy yesterday afternoon with five goals from Bruno, Son, Saka and Haaland(c). Still ended up with a GW rank of 5.9m and dropped 700k!

      The 8-0 seems to have sent ranks all over the plkace. Chilwell has been vile. He's going this week. Now sitting at 2.85m from 1.2m in GW 1.

      Smooth. Goals/points for my captain (Salah), Bowen, Saka and Maddison and Estupinan on Sunday had me in good spirits while I was watching the North London derby. Felt extra special as I'd taken the risk of not captaining Haaland.

      Rough...Then I got home and discovered tat my points tally of 63 was puny, this week, and I have red arrows in every league I am in.

    Super tempted, even if it is a -8. Tripps earns more than 4 points vs. Schar going forward. JWP with a fab fixture, and Kabore a DGW punt.

      Removing schar is kneejerk (what if he had scored instead of burn,botman?)

      Estu keeps on ticking along.

      Mbeumo not a bad fixture ahead.

      All 3 could easily gain you points next gw and for a -8 the replacements really need to step up. Can Backfire very easily

        I know it's probably not sensible. I'm a bit annoyed by knowing Trippier is who I wanted, and hurt quite a lot today (even with 2x NEW def!)

        Same for Mbeumo who I only got for FOMO, who I haven't liked.

        I'm fine with Estupiñán but next few are very tough and I can get him back.
