No hits taken so far this season, looking to do Chilwell > Cash, Mbuemo > Diaby and Wissa > Darwin.

I need to ditch the awful Ederson + Onana pair. Should I go for Raya + Johnstone or you prefer someone else?

    Ederson Onana

    Trippier Porro Saliba Gvardiol Chilwell

    Son Díaz Maddison Ødegaard Mbuemo

Thanks, yeah good point. At least one of my keepers should be Areola.

Difficult resisting the temptation to take any hits when there are 2-3 players I want in now but I find it actually helps prevent yo-yo’ing players in and out the team impulsively.

I've only captained him 4 times so far.

I've only capped him 3x so far, Rodri will be back next GW so things should improve. Something to consider for anyone that's always on permacap with him for sure long-term but I think this may just be like the similar period City went through last season with unconvincing performances / results which will pass, question is when

Jumping onto players who scored last week simply doesn't work. Especially for a hit. Next week you might be wanting to reverse those transfers for another -4. Lesson learned on rookie season.

        • Fantasy Football Scout Member

That’s Coufal’s 4th assist on the bounce. And Martinelli we all know is a proven FPL asset. I don’t think it’s as much of a rookie move as you imply.

      2. shamele

        Context

        Turner
Cash, Digne, Burn, Van De Ven
        Salah, Son, Madders, Neto
        Haaland, Watkins
        Bench: Johnstone, JWP, Archer, Lamptey

I want Arsenal cover moving forward and against Chelsea. Also West Ham fixtures are getting better with Coufal assists even against difficult opponents.

        Ideally Cash(Wham)+Digne(Wham) Vs Martinelli(Che)+Coufal(AVL) -4

Raya was so good in that second half. Was so calm and collected everything brilliantly. He’s a better keeper than Ramsdale but the media keeps criticising the decision to bring Raya in

So you are basing your opinion of it on one half of football? When Raya has prevented the most goals scored of any keeper over the past two seasons?

            • 14 Years

      2. Qaiss
        • 9 Years

Was chuffed when we surprisingly signed Raya

Ramsdale was good for his first 6 months at Arsenal and since then was average. Raya has presence in goal, Ramsdale does not

    2. Royal5
      • 14 Years

Raya is OK but not exactly Buffon. Him and Ramsdale are about the same level. Ramsdale saved Arsenal plenty of times last season.

      1. Qaiss
        • 9 Years

I think his relaxed nature influences the rest of the defence, as well as them likely having less worry over him doing something rash like Ramsdale is prone to doing on occasion

Pretty happy with a green arrow from 1.2m to 655k against WC8 teams before the IB and still have the WC in hand. No bench jam with correct bench order in Archer 2-pointer over Saliba (7) coming on for Saka no show.

      You can unfollow him then

What would be more disappointing would be for people to find joy in the events of yesterday, regardless of views. But yet, many people around the world did

People out celebrating what happened yesterday are sick in the head.

Absolutely. Hateful people, that always use ‘whataboutery’. Loads of innocent people died and that’s how they react, it’s disgusting

Both you and Ninja have no idea what you’re talking about and are clearly brainwashed by the media. Learn the history first before speaking nonsense online

Didn’t comment anything about the political situation, just said how it’s wrong people are celebrating death. How can you get triggered over that? That’s pure hate

Here comes the political nonsense from both sides. Can you all just shut up and move on. The "you don't know what you are talking about" tripe is as old as day and it is exhausting everyone thinking they know the "true story" and "real history". Keep politics off this site.

Agree totally - this site is for FPL and football chat. We can take a break from all of the conflicts and other bad stuff here.

I wonder if both of you said the same thing when everyone was supporting Ukraine

I wasn't using this site then, but I don't agree with it being used for that either.
