I'd suggest captaining the player you think will score most points. Sometimes that will be Haaland, sometimes it won't.

Raya is OK but not exactly Buffon. Him and Ramsdale are about the same level. Ramsdale saved Arsenal plenty of times last season.

I think his relaxed nature influences the rest of the defence, as well as them likely having less worry over him doing something rash like Ramsdale is prone to doing on occasion
