    Trying to figure out how to get Watkins into this team for 18 and also get rid of Areola. I feel stuck on Areola unless I downgrade somewhere I don't want to. Even if I downgrade Mbuemo to Palmer in 18 I am 0.1 short of Watkins (I suspect they will both go up in price by 18 as well). Do I just not get Watkins? he is quite the rank killer. I guess Gabriel could be downgraded to someone like Colwill to free up a little more money.

      Played Bowen and Watkins because knew that they'd play 90 or not feature at all. Bad decision was benching Gordon and Lascelles for them. Overall that direct decision was a 3 point swing, but starting Palmer and Cash instead of Gordon and Lascelles was a 14 point swing. It hurt.

      Smooth; 62. Kept hold of Son, Odegaard, Alvarez. Returns from Haaland(c), Schar, Saka all doing good stuff. Nearly brought Salah(c) in for a -4 which would have cost me 11 points overall as Odegaard would have left!

      Rough; Dodged the above bullet but fell for the Watkins>Darwin trap! 9 points lost. Also finally got rid of Estupinan for Baldock to save funds but he only lasted 24 minutes but in hindsight this was a good thing! Son OG.

      with flags everywhere i did a -8, i did Areola, Bowen & DCL ---> Flekken, Hwang & Jesus, the outgoing players blanked or didn't play and the incoming players all blanked, so the hit didn't pay off immediately and ended up with a small red at 65-8

        Had a bit of a 'reverse brontosaurus' of a gameweek.

        Smooth - first players were Branthwaite and Trippier - all was looking good. Last players were Son, Alvarez and Haaland, dragging me back to respectability.

        Rough - awful in the middle including Watkins whom I'd sold hauling and Darwin whom I'd bought blanking, but worst of all was Enzo, who's never returned all season and has been on my bench all that time, finally hauling 🙁

    One of my bosses approved my leave over mas, which is basically off for all December and not back until mid January. The following day after he approves it, he ccs me into an email and has assigned a project for me running over xmas. First meeting about it is the day after I go leave, the project starts 2 days before I am back. So there is no chance I can work on it.

    Just ignore my boss? Or tell him to reassign?

        What Ball C says. If I were your boss I would be grateful for the reminder and not having to deal with the fall out if you ignore this. If you ignore then the boss will deffo get his 'revenge'. I know what I would do. And just perhaps if you can help him out by starting/working on the project prior to your leave this may give you some later credit. Even the offer, which boss may well decline and reassign anyway, would probably be remembered.
