Do haaland to Watkins tonight and take the rise?

Or wait till later on in the week leaving exact money

Sorry as in leaves exact money for when I get haaland back in 19 for Darwin. So no wiggle room to survive inevitable Darwin drops

        Haaland will drop too.
        Keep that in mind 😉
Probably 0.2 down to 13.8 between now and the start of GW18

Wait. If Haaland is out he will drop in price before GW19 so the money shouldn't be a problem.

He'll drop in price at least twice between now and the GW18 deadline

          But still.

Logic to see that he will drop 0.1 between now and next GW deadline.

Pretty easy to think that enough owners will ditch before the BGW18 too. Another 0.1

He can be bought back at 13.8 most likely.
That's close to TAAs price come GW20 - 8.2 tonight! Will be 8.3 before deadline!

Logic dictates Sven Botman should have dropped below his start price by now

The price fixing is real especially when a player is flagged

I don't disagree, but I think (correct me if I'm wrong), that the fixing is when a player is red flagged injured.

Not yellow/orange flagged injury and not red suspended

You can bench 4 of those. So 2 hits needed to field an 11, 1 if Haaland is fit.

Looking at form and fixtures I do expect Newcastle to concede against Fullham. Playing away to Luton is not so easy either. If you have been watching Newcastle for the past month they dont have the same energy and intensity like last year. It makes sence since they play 2x in a week. I have both Trippier and Scar and Im going to sell Trippier. Easy to get back in january when we all free up more funds due to players going to Africa nad Asia cup.

Have taken 7 hits this season in order to preserve WC as late as possible.

Looks like I need to do another hit this week to put out the fires.

    Would you prefer ?

    A) Do another -4 (ie 8 hits to date) and WC19

    B) WC now and make plans to have 2FT in GW19 to get Haaland back

Depends if Halland plays or not this weekend. If on WC you can still make a strong team and bench Halland for 2 GWs if you have to.

      Don't be scared of hits!
Just made my hit number 8 this season, and it is pure rock'n'roll from my point of view!

Really. I know too many hits most likely won't win the entire game, but in my experience you'll get a hell of a lot closer than if you play the likes of Archer, Maguire, no keeper and so on to avoid paying 4 points (as long as you try to look at the -4 as more than a 1-2 GW punt).

      7th season playing:
      13K
      400K
      39K
      12K
      20K
      9K

With pretty close to 30 hits (120 points) in average a season.

Not for me. It's a good fixture for sure but unsure on how Cooper is setting Forest up, might be a bit more defensive given the leakiness of late culminating in the Fulham thrashing. ManUtd are dreadful and will still attack, Liverpool at home and Salah loves playing them

    A. Replace Haaland to fund Lamptey upgrade (-4)
    B. Replace Darwin to fund Lamptey upgrade (-4)

If in doubt maybe setup for a 3-4-3 with more expensive defenders?
No need for 8 strong attacking players - just a headache each GW.

Would buy Trippier back on WC tomorrow after he drops unless you already own him - then just keep?

      1. It’s gonna Ben Mee
        • 12 Years

Not too keen on Trippier tbh. I’ve owned him since GW8 and he’s been good to me but he seems knackered. I want to see some clear signs of revitalisation before bringing him in again.

        1. Salarrivederci

Fair enough. Just trying to guess how many will feel come GW18.
He will get a rest after Champions League and miss the Fulham game. A match they will likely concede in given Fulhams (and Newcastles) form.

Then you are looking at the BGW18 and Newcastle have lut followed by NFO

Would be scarry not to own him in those two. So few cleansheets and even fewer defenders offering consisting potential of attacking returns who are also nailed on (TAA, Tripper, Porro and maybe Udogie if we're stretching it)

You do you. It's just my 2 cents.

In my view we have so many budget friendly, penalty taking, out-of-position midfielders and budget friendly and/or penalty taking forwards compared to the more expensive ones where the budget route of defenders offers little joy nor hope for attacking returns.

The likes of Hwang, Willian, Gordon, Palmer, Raul, Solanke, Cunha.

They offer close to the players 1.5 more expensive then their current prices. At the same time you find no one as exiting as TAA 1.5 cheaper. No one even close to Porro down at 3.9. and I would argue that Schär, Saliba and co. are boring and less exciting 1.5 down from Trippier 😀

                • 9 Years

                In other words:

                TAA - Trippier - Porro
                Palmer - Hwang
                Jimenez

                Beats:
                Saliba - Pau - Schär
                Bowen - Kulusevski
                Alvarez

                In my view
