Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers face the final furlong with a quickening pace as two Gameweeks get underway over the next seven days to close off the festive period.

The uncertain status of City’s Norwegian Erling Haaland (£13.9m) shrouds the armband conversation in mystery ahead of Gameweek 19 with assets from Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs, instead, among the prime contenders.

We also put a range of differential options under the microscope for the ownership adverse amongst us.

As usual, the Captain Sensible article is here to highlight which assets have the best chance of hauling.

First, we will assess the fallout of the captain poll, before then analysing the best options, Rate My Team (RMT) and the Premier Fantasy Tools ratings ahead of Tuesday’s 11:00 GMT deadline.

        He is away to Brighton though. Probably less than 20% chance of a clean sheet? He of course has a chance for attacking returns but an Arsenal clean sheet is far more likely, IMO.
        
        This week I wouldnt be surprised if Porro gets 1-2 points and Saliba gets 6 or 7.

Am I mad to be considering Eze over Richarlison. Palace talisman, on pens + set pieces, nailed 90 mins, playing a more advanced no.10 role. Top underlyings this year and only 6.0m. Someone I’m happy to own long term too unlike Richy who’s probably a sell after AFCON

  I generally use FH in a double game week - far more upside. A -4 will probably cover you for this week and save the chip for a much higher upside
