    Trippier + Gordon -> Jota + Doughty (-4) ?

I could wait a week and do it for free on the doubles, but both have very nice fixtures next weekend!

I have spotted a gap in the content creators market. No one really streams after the games on a Saturday. So someone here should become a new content creator/expert and stream at that time, you call call it Early Moves or Hits before bed

      Adebayo says hello ...

Could be a budget switch but both Watkins and Solanke look good.

Solanke maybe in gw25 could go but he has a sterling run from gw27 and could double in gw28.

I'd love to get him (mentioned a few weeks back here that he's the first player in a long time that reminds me of Berbatov) but it's so hard to fit in the likes of Haaland, Watkins, Solanke and Toney as it is. Found that out the hard way this week

I've got 2 FTs and if I want Richarlison then I've got exact money to do:

    Walker to Van Hecke and
    Palmer to Richarlison.

    Should I do it?

I can bench for the blank and with Trent, Salah, Porro and Gusto probably be a bit short come gw26.

    1. Jonesfromthere
      • 13 Years

Surely there’s another option? Wouldn’t want to sell palmer

I'm not sure there is and Walker could double if he's back in.

        Midfield of...

Jota, Saka, Gross, Palmer and Foden.

Is Foden or Richi a better bet for the foreseeable?

I’d much rather have Rich, I’d lose Foden, KDB negates his impact

I like Richarlison of course but do you think he's worth using 2FT on? Not sure how often I'd want to play Van Hecke

        Yeah

It's fair. I'm probably at a point where I end up burning transfers or switch Gusto to a guy playing in gw26. Just to navigate the blank.

With Haaland and Trent the attack is pretty set budget wise as it is.

Just have to forgo Richarlison points in that case.

        1. Nate(U)dog(ie)
          • 5 Years

If you feel it's worth it then go for it, I can understand the desire. Just with the blank added in there I feel like there might be better uses for an FT. Although his fixtures are good

2x LIV, 2x TOT atm. Was planning Richarlison - KDB but having second thoughts about that & starting to get priced out of KDB anyway. Undecided between Darwin/Toney (or both at the expense of KDB). Basically hovering around 10 (+ 1 FT) so I can field a full team in 26 for free, but if I somehow end up playing 10 I'm not too bothered

What’s the deal with Estupinan? My strategy is to have three very attacking defenders and 2 cheapies so I need him to be starting regularly?

Looks like he was dropped due to the 4-0 loss to Luton. Next few Brighton games have 6-8 days recovery which could allow Lamptey to start until he gets injured again

Will see how next 24 hrs goes for Saka / Foden first but looking at early moves:

    saka -> Richarlison
    Estop -> Virgil

Can't afford trent and not only Rich is hurting.. Foden kept due to double over Saka (subject to eye test). Current team:

    Duba (Areloa)
Porro / Estop / Gabriel (Branthwaite) (Konsa)
    KDB/Foden/Palmer/Jota (Saka)
    Haaland/Solanke/Watkins

    Yes / No?

Yeah palmer will go in 25 (city / blank to fodder) and maybe porro in 26 to Trips so Rich / Jota / Virgil on the bench.

Sorry should have said wait to tomorrow in case Foden is worse with KDB back.. although dropping a doubler seems bad if Saka is on form and Foden not as impactful then maybe it's Foden to Jota?

2 FT and 1.3 ITB. Injury prone Olise served me well until yesterday but now has to go. I'm also concerned about Estu's minutes.

    A - Olise & Estu > Jota & Van Hecke?
    B - Olise & Estu > Jota & Branthwaite
    C - Other?

    Raya
    Gabriel - Estu- Trent
    Foden - Richarlison - Palmer - Olise
    (H)aaland - Watkins - Solanke

    Areola - Saka - Konsa - Gusto

I rate Branthwaite but Brighton's fixtures are glorious while Everton's are poor. You still think Branthy?

Yeah.. only two clean sheets all season .. van heckle no G/A all season.. I trust Dyche more to keep it tight and for you to rotate him with Konsa

You might have to sort out Konsa issue before Estupinan...

If I'm doing Olise to Jota then Konsa will have to wait as I don't have the funds to downgrade him to anyone. I have Gusto as bench cover

      Try to keep Palmer.
Who are your other 4 mids?

Rich, Saka, Bowen and Foden. Anyone else you’d rather sell? Bowen and Saka doesnt blank, else they would be easier to sell..

Bowen. Form is dipping, see how he goes today. Palmer is cheap gold. Like Grealish in his last season at Villa. Top dog in a poor team.

Considering Bowen yes. Arsenal next too makes it easier, but no blank though.

    Watkins -vs- Toney -vs- Solanke
    MUN(H) -- WOL(A) -- FUL(A)
    FUL(A) -- LIV(H)+MCI(A) -- NEW(A)
    NFO(H) -- WHU(A) -- MCI(H)
    LUT(A) -- CHE(H) -- BUR(A)
    TOT(H) -- ARS(A) -- SHU(H)
    blank(?) -- BUR(A) -- blank(?)

When is the right time to jump to Toney and for who in your opinion?

      24/25 or 29.

      Who are your forwards?

Forget fixture difficulty, team-based. Toney fully fit, getting match sharpness quicker than a player returning from injury. Wants to get in Southgate's Euro squad. Brentford could lose most of those games but Toney could still do well in FPL.

        Watkins Solanke Haaland
I know and I believe the same
If Brentford score 8 in those games Toney might get 6 returns
I believe I should sell someone for him this gw

      I'm considering:
Leave Watkins this week. Watkins - Toney GW25.
If Solanke gets DGW28 then Toney - Solanke on WC27. Solanke - Toney GW29. Seems like an excessive number of moves without WC though

I’m thinking if Villa are not out of the FA cup and so don’t blank 29 then I keep Watkins and I sell Solanke then I just do Haaland to Solanke on dgw28 if he gets it.
But If Villa are out of the FA Cup then I’m going Watkins to Toney this gw probably.

My planning is implicitly assuming Villa progress since I don't really rate Chelsea tbh. But yeah that could change (and don't count out the mighty Leeds!). Still think I might prefer Toney to Watkins though if I could only pick one from 29

Anyone going into DGW25 with as few as 4 doublers? Just can't bring myself to sell good single GW options like Saka, Watkins and Richarlison.

    Dubravka
    Alexander-Arnold, Pedro Porro, Gabriel
    Saka, Foden, Richarlison, Gross
    Haaland, Watkins, Darwin

I'm between 4 and 5 atm kdb and doughty would be 5th to join taa, jota, foden and haaland. See how it goes though..

I'm only going in with 4 (kdb, haaland and TAA at the moment with one more to be t/f in). It may be toney or another city player but not another pool player because of the blank gw26 and possible gw29 plus city fixture.
I feel there will be better opportunities for the free hit in 34/37.
Triple captain is the sticky one for me as I can't decide when to play it. You often don't gain much when playing it in a dgw when most have captained anyway. I wish I had gone with my instinct and used it this week on Watkins , but ke sera, I didn't.
I enjoy this part of the fantasy season more than any.

    Stuck between

Saliba, McAtee > Reguilon, Jota -4

    Or

Saliba, Garnacho > Doughty, Jota -4

0.1m short for Doughty on the top one.

The Doughty route weakens my team for 26 with one less player but the appeal of this lad is very alluring…

I had 6 red arrows in 7 GWs, went from 200k to 1.8m, and kinda lost faith. I’ve made one transfer recently and that’s it. I’ve basically a dead team but crazily I could get back into top 1m today. Saka(c).
