    Pau or Kilman?

I was looking at maybe bringing in a Wolves defender last night along with possibly Hee Chan, but warming up to just bringing D.Luiz in instead for that one. Kilman is a nice pick but I’d say stick with Pau purely because we know he plays in 29

I wouldn't bother. Villa still missing Kamara and having to play Cash who is a liability defensively. Wolves just aren't really that much better defensively than most of the other sides in that price bracket. I can't see a strong argument other than fixtures for finding an extra couple of 0.1ms for Pau or Kilman over a Branthwaite or Van Hecke etc

Best option to bring in for Jota considering Blank GW29?

    A) Douglas Luiz ( Next week Archer > Solanke )
    B) Bowen ( next week KDB > Maddison )

Jota > Saka FT done. Need one more at least to field 11 as Lascelles has been dropped.

Is Darwin > Solanke (-4) a no brainer?

    Areola
    Gabriel, Saliba, Estu
    KDB, Saka, Foden, Gordon
    Haaland, Watkins, Darwin*

    (Dubravka, Lascelles, Palmer*, Porro*)

Yeah might as well get Solanke in early, so you can do something else in 27 (Son, Salah)

I was about to pull the trigger on Richarlison > Hwang, however if we get Kevin news that he's injured again, that'll be him out. Would path the way for Son & Solanke for a hit in GW27.

      It's Luton.
Only two teams have conceded more goals this year.
They're also below a team who are mediocre and have had a 10 point deduction.

      1. Qaiss
        • 8 Years

        It is Luton

But no other team in the premier league would win 4-1 with that many key players out. Same thing happened when they played Bournemouth and Chelsea

That's your own opinion, though, you can't in any scientific reality say 'no other team...' because we don't know.

we may well find the reality of this situation out at the weekend. If that XI from tonight lines up at the weekend the form Chelsea are in then Liverpool get beat unless they can take it to penalties again and the keeper has another one of those days.

They’ve been a second half team regardless this season. Inhalers must kick in at half time. Their ability to press relentlessly is unmatched but I know they sign players based on those statistical models and analysis so it’s no accident that they can all do it. Fair play.

United must have tired Luton out at the weekend…hehe

Bit of context needed. Most of Liverpool's kids would walk into the bottom 6 sides in this league. They're probably quite good prospects but equally likely the bottom 6 sides are not. Case in point, how far off City's first team is Mcatee? Probably Sheff Utd's best player by a country mile.

      1. Qaiss
        • 8 Years

The context is that Guardiola for example, who is heralded as the GOAT by many, only scrapes past Brentford with De Bruyne not playing and can’t win a match if Rodri doesn’t play

        Klopp is superior

Did he? I swear they were winning domestic cups and european cups with far less resources prior to Jurgen on a more regular basis. They weren't as competitive in the league I grant you but you don't get trophies for 2nd places even in the 90+ pt seasons. They're both good managers obviously, both blessed with ample resources. Don't have an opinion on who is the farmyard animal, probably Fergie or Wenger to be fair.

Will Virgin use this example next year of an example of how you can 'unleash the unique power' of the triple captain by not using it on someone who by rights should clean up? (Ignoring the massive fortune and gamble involved, again.)

Man I’m fairly certain I’ll be doing Jota to Hwang, but like the fanny I am I’ll be letting the price changes happen because I’m too scared to make en early decision. Fml

Depends on what you're facing for money needs in next week or 2... I have a situation where if I sell Robertson for Lamptey now, I can get Salah for Odegaard next week, for exact money... so likely have to pull the trigger with Lamptey on 95% to rise.

I have the exact cash to do Jota -> Saka now, should I pull the trigger? Jota may drop and Saka may rise tonight.

Would rather play with no defender than Lamptey ngl

Odegaard also back in the points and better fixtures on paper than Salah

Really? He looks nailed for next week or so with their injuries. And got Everton at home. What's not to like?

As long as he starts and makes 60 mins with a clean sheet, he can get taken off (and Brighton can concede for all I care)

Can't afford Jota > Saka. Got 2 FT

      A) TAA > Gabriel and Jota > Saka
      B) Jota > Gross

Can field 11 with 1 transfer..
