Spurs a better team when Maddison is on the bench, Spurs score 4 goals Vs WH in 2nd half without him and already 2 this evening

I got pelters on here for calling him overrated - gets called world class for stringing 3 good games together, then goes missing for another 10… rinse and repeat

Wait for Wolves press conference for news on Cunha. Apparently left training with ice on his knee yesterday so just wait for O’Neill to confirm he’s not injured.

    What would you do?

    1) TAA, Johnson and Watkins -> Salah, Cunha and Lewis (-8)
    2) Haaland and Johnson/Rogers -> Salah and Cunha (-4)
    3) Not worth the hits

I was nearly set on something similar to 2). But leaning towards Havertz > Cunha to fund Salah and keep Haaland for a couple of more weeks.

Depending on how this weekend goes

    TAA to RAN
Maddy to Son (Captain for 11) -4
Then Son to Saka for GW12 for free

    Which to bring in?
    A. Wood
    B. Cunha

Got Raul already and not convinced with a Wissa/Mbeumo double up.

You know who absolutely nobody is talking about? Isak. He was in the most number of teams in GW1 and has basically vanished from everyone's teams.

I quite like their fixtures from GW12 onwards and he's one of the best finishers in the league. I feel like he's definitely a player that even if he scores every other week for the rest of the season we won't go there because of how many good cheap forward options there are.

Will try not to have a blindspot for him because he's a 20 goal a season forward and there are only 4 forwards that have hit that figure in the league (Vardy is the 4th but his best days are behind him).

    1. Waylander
      • 9 Years

I see him mentioned here and there. As you say there’s cheaper alternatives that are performing and Newcastle have been poor.

Probably because he only scored his first goal since GW3 last week and has both Arsenal & Forest next?

I'm sure he'll be back on the radars after the like you say but nobody's really talking about him purely since he's not massively relevant or 'optimal' yet.

Cheeky to start talking about him two weeks beforehand!

      1. Camzy
        • Fantasy Football Scout Member

I don't think he'll be back on the radar that's the thing. Because of the fact there are so many good cheap options, he just feels to me like someone that will fall between the cracks and then when we look back on that run of games we'll see him averaging like 7 ppg and realize we missed a trick.

Just gonna keep an eye out.

His ownership in gw1 was a staggering 60%, more than Haaland, Saka or Salah. People expected him to run riot at Southampton.

Nkunku isn’t going to make it at Chelsea. He’s too lightweight and a bit predictable . Pretty player at times but still can’t see why he was in about 20% of teams at the start of the season.

He'll probably want to leave anyway given he's not even 1st team material for us.

It's a shame as it's all down to the long layoff but Jackson is the deserved first choice regardless.

Plus he was one of the first lot of Todd's signings which we seem to be offloading!
