    Hey gents!

Wondering what to do with donkey DCL.

    Team for this GW:

    Fabianski
    Lewis - Gabriel - RAN
    Mbuemo - Palmer - Salah (c) - Son (vc)
    Cunha - Solanke - DCL
    _____________________________________
    Raya: Rogers: Konsa: Mosquera*

    1FT, 2.5 ITB

    DCL to:

    A) Isak
    B) Wissa
    C) Wood

Really favouring Isak but just wondering what people’s opinions were.

Just a bit cautious it’s against NFO but can predict a surprise battering at some stage, Isak looks on it.

I've brought Isak in this game week, fixtures look good going forward too, got him and n Jackson and wood up front

        Thanks man!
Nice! Fixtures do look great, the only caveat of DCL > Isak is…..if i want to do Son > Saka, then Solanke will have to go after Ipswich to make up the 0.2 in funds required.

So Solanke can go to a FWD 7.4 and under, could just go cheap and go Welbeck/Wissa for the third forward slot and upgrade elsewhere, Lewis/Konsa etc.

Would love Jackson though, nice forward line you got there!

Just realised I could actually do all the above and have a Jackson Isak and Cunha front line, but only if Konsa goes down to Van den Berg, and that’s if no price changes happen of course as can only afford it exactly. Things to consider after the break anyway.

Is Isak and Gordon just home and away merchants. Thats whats going thru my mind my team has similar decisions.

Isak runs gettes gets better after Liverpool as he has one away game. I dont know. I may go Wissa and then go Isak.

Not wood as solanke and wood have poor fixtures next week

        Hey Crunchie!
Haha yeah it does appear that way with their home and away form doesn’t it, I’m just hoping that Newcastle can find some momentum now kicking on from beating Arsenal.
I certainly like Isak’s next 3 games, and is the type to score against Liverpool and then embarks on an even better run fixture wise, be nice to hop on early hoping he does well.

Wissa is a fine pick, I did have my eyes firmly on him before turning my gaze to Isak.

Yeah I shouldn’t have really put Wood as an option as I’ve missed the boat now, fixtures turn dreadful.

I’ll need to make a move tonight though as NO WAY am I losing another 0.1 on DCL

yeas i am losing 0.2 on Havertz and getting itchy fingers (and would prefer Saka anyway mate). lol

It’s an iffy one with Havertz isn’t it, but maybe he can pull it out the bag versus Chelsea rapid Palmer is out.
I’d like Saka and it’s likely I’ll be bringing him in after that break, even maybe for a hit as Son has city, although he does do well against them. I’ll decide nearer the time on that one.

Cheers man! Yeah definitely missed the boat with Wood, and I do like Wissa, just not too hot on the double up with Mbuemo, so like you say much prefer Isak in this instance.

I have both but had them for this good run, which ends GW13. Not worth bringing him now. Isak - self selecting it seems!

        Thanks David!

This is what I’m on at the moment… mainly because I’ll want Haaland out and Palmer & Saka in for the upcoming fixtures from next week onwards but would like to keep Haaland for Brighton this week especially with CHE v ARS. Looking to take advantage of Spurs’ fixture against Ipswich this week without having to have them in long term with the City game next week. The International Break is also an added bonus as I like hitting the WC during an IB to take advantage of price changes.

3-4-3. While Watkins isn't likely to score, he's more likely than Rogers. And can't be banking on a 4.0 defender to keep a clean sheet

    Raya (Fabs)
Konate, RAN (Lewis, Davis, VDB could be any 1 pointer really)
    Salah Johnson, Palmer, Mbeumo (Rogers)
    Solanke Cunha Havertz

    2FT, 3.7ITB

    1. Rogers to Bruno (drop Havertz to the bench) 3-5-2
    2. Havertz to Wissa for 3 weeks, keep it simple.
    3. Havertz to Isak
    4. Havertz to Jackson, but that can wait I think (4YC's)

If you are already 100+ points off a mini-league leader and need to start thinking of such a left-field differential, then possibly. It is my type of move when I am hitting GW30 onwards. Just seems a bit early in the season to be that desperate.

Could save but Jota and Palmer means I'm relying on Keane or Hall

    Best option peeps?

    A) Trent & Foden ——> Ait Nouri & Salah (using 2FT)

    B) Save FT.

I have been on Haaland all week but chickened out and went Salah. I think he’s been sold so much that his EO will be below 100 anyway so if he hauls I will still benefit and captaining Salah blocks everybody else who will surely captain him.

If I had Salah I would cap 😀

Its only OFC, if you don't have salah.

Got it! In some ways not having him makes it easy for you. Good luck!

Mbeumo and Wissa worth keeping beyond GW13? Which would you sell if not (or both?)?

Yeah that’s what I am thinking. Would want Isak but 0.6 short unless I sell Mbeumo too (could bring in Semenyo for him and update Wissa to Isak)
