As we count down the days to Saturday’s Premier League kick-off, the Carlos Tevez – Sergio Aguero conundrum has become a major issue for Fantasy managers after the former’s scintillating strike and strong display against Chelsea in Sunday’s Community Shield.

Having looked at the City midfield area in Monday evening’s Technical Area piece, we now turn our attentions to the Argentine duo’s performance against the Blues but first of all, we use the Members Area Comparison Tool to gauge their respective displays over the final four Gameweeks of 2011/12 to look for the similarities within Roberto Mancini’s new formation:

    Finally signed up for a paid membership, think it's worth the money just for the season ticker alone!

        I don't plan to make nay changes GW 1 so if i want Rooney i will just do Torres > Rooney and Nasri > Pienaar or Larsson for no hit.

    Dont understand this VDV bandwagon, had him last season know all about him.He isnt even on corners anymore, Siggy is.
    In my humble opinion,

    Bale > VDV
    Siggy > VDV

    Cant see him scoring more points than Bale or Siggy through out the season.
    Wouldnt be surprised if he goes off inj after 5 mins again, having played in midweek and all.

      How many assists did he get from corners last season? Not many.
      He will also be on penalties for now..when he plays he is FPL gold.

    Top Points: Aguero Rooney/Bale
    Top Bonus: Aguero Rooney
    Differential: Nzogbia Snodgrass/Vertonghen/Gervinho/Gerrard/Baines
    Budget Keeper Schwarzer/Mignolet Given/Federici/Jaas/Foster
    Budget Def: S Taylor Shawcross/Da Silva/Ridgewell/Boyce/Hangeland
    Budget Mid Pienaar Larsson/Michu/McClean
    Budget Fwd: Graham Cisse Lambert
    Most Assists: Mata/Silva Larsson/Valencia/Kagawa/Cazorla
    Most Clean Sheets: City ManU

    A draw is shown by a /

    So the ideal team would include:
    Aguero, NZogbia, Schwarzer/Mignolet, S Taylor, Pienaar, Graham, Mata/Silva with at least 1 ManU and 1 City Defender. According to the Scout team that is.

      Allen might not get the game time he would have at Swansea

      Kagawa is major risk of rotation in a plethera of midfielders at Utd.

      But all said and done, they might all play and you could be sitting on 80+ points by the end of Wednesday evening.
