As we count down the days to Saturday’s Premier League kick-off, the Carlos Tevez – Sergio Aguero conundrum has become a major issue for Fantasy managers after the former’s scintillating strike and strong display against Chelsea in Sunday’s Community Shield.

Having looked at the City midfield area in Monday evening’s Technical Area piece, we now turn our attentions to the Argentine duo’s performance against the Blues but first of all, we use the Members Area Comparison Tool to gauge their respective displays over the final four Gameweeks of 2011/12 to look for the similarities within Roberto Mancini’s new formation:

César Azpilicueta won't now sign for Chelsea before next week, and so will play for Olympique Marseille against Sochaux on Sunday.

But OM club officials have admitted that the move is inevitable. The player's agents have been in London since Thursday to negotiate with Chelsea. The only parts of the transfer left to be fixed are the price (ca. €9.5 million) and an option for Marseille to sign Gaël Kakuta as part of the deal.

Saw some people discussing Valencia playing RB earlier, just read a quote from SAF may suggest its Rafael who will play on Mon night:

“Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Jonny Evans are all still out,” Sir Alex revealed. “Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand played on Monday, Rafael is back from the Brazil team and Patrice Evra played for France in midweek and is available. That will more or less be the way we will be going.”

So Rafael Rio Vidic Evra it is?

You're relying a lot of Arsenal defenders there, which is a bit of a dangerous game to play. I'd be inclined to drop Nasri for someone a bit cheaper (Sinclair for example) to upgrade Mertesacker
