Arsenal players will form the backbone of many Fantasy Premier League (FPL) teams in Gameweek 7.

This is because the Gunners are about to embark on a great run of fixtures, which extends right through until the end of the year.

The next five matches are particularly favourable, starting with a home clash against West Ham United on Saturday, before back-to-back visits to newly-promoted Burnley and Sunderland in Gameweeks 10-11.

But which combination of ‘assets’ to go for?

Here, we take a look at Arsenal in more detail.

David Raya (£5.6m) was Arsenal’s most popular player among FPL’s top 10k heading into the Gameweek 6 deadline, per LiveFPL.

The Spanish goalkeeper boasted a top 10k ownership of 33.9%.

Gabriel Magalhaes (£6.2m) ranked second in ownership within this group (25.8%), followed by Viktor Gyokeres (£9.0m) at 17.5%, Jurrien Timber (£5.8m) at 15.1% and William Saliba (£6.0m) at 12.3%.

    Early wildcard draft with 1 mill in the bank!

    Obviously lacking Arsenal attackers, but I struggle to find anyone that stands out. Was considering double defense but there’s too many cheaper alternatives to choose from. Plan is to bench boost GW8.

        Salah tends to do well in fpl though. His GW 8,9,10 fixtures are against teams that are looking good on xGA statistics.

        he/she obvioust wants salah though. hard to compromise with salah and haaland in the team. to be honest id rather have eze than saka with saka not on pens anymore.

      I have no love for Gyo but you may try, would pick Gudmundsson over Esteve, is Eze nailed? Xhaka reckon that spot is up to preference. GL

      BB Tarkowski v City? Despite the DCs, I'd rather wait til Branthwaite is back to invest in Everton defence. Eze has looked good but he's playing Ødegaard's role & I can't see him sitting on the bench all the time. Not keen on Bruno either

    I don't really need Salah with Haaland in my team. But can't actually find anything I would spend all the extra the money on?? 7m+ midfielders being absolute trash so far. sure, would be good to upgrade stach but barely gonna dent the Salah cash..
