          Alternative is to go cheaper and use the cash elsewhere...maybe improve defence. But I already have a 5mil mid who I don't want to be playing every week.

            You'd happily play Wolt every week. You wouldn't be happy starting, say, DCL, or Foster. Maybe Thiago is an option, but I'd go Wolt

            1st BB is unlikely to be glorious Tony. 7 is harsh from 4 starters tho.If its any consolation, Ive lost more having no Semenyo this week than anything you would have gained on a good BB. Rank doubled to 800k. Have righted the wrong and WC GW8 active.

                I was mate. 6 hour round trip. Was really annoyed at walking out as everyone was celebrating. I get why, especially with the Falkirk result, but every week, we look weaker and weaker. Im not deep in worried but CalMac and a few other of our senior players arent cutting it now and we're thinner than we used to believe. Nygren did a job when he came on tho. Really frustrating.

                  Annoying but understandable with that long journey back.

                  We shouldn't be bothered about them, they have their own problems.

                  We lack urgency and creativity. Hatate is the main player for us that makes the forward passes but he's been off it all season. CalMac loves the 5 yard passes back to the CBs and slowing the game. He's not doing enough to progress the ball and create opportunities. Not many of them have pass marks so far this season.

                  I got annoyed with the way Nygren celebrated the goal! Just get the ball and chase the winner!

                  I'm glad Maeda got the winner but he was a tough one to watch today. Poor first touch, struggled to take on the FBs, didn't want cross the ball early into Iheanacho. The effort towards the end was massive once he moved to CF

                    Agreed. The lack of urgency is the most frightening thing. Even when we're not chasing a game, thats the Celtic way to try and its just not there. Home. Away. Europe. I worry about this general malaise that has set in. Maeida, Hatata, McGregor. Then younger players like McCowan will follow. Forrest, Ralston arent going to change much these days and CCV and in particular Scales are always a concern. Worrying days mate. Think we can turn it but needs a collective effort. 6/6 in the league and qualify Europa, different conversation I guess.

            My actual bench scored 10 (Dubravka, Senesi, Reijnders, Mukiele), lowest four scorers scored 7 (Dubravka, Senesi, Richarlison, Gyökeres).

            In hindsight I should've used the wildcard to attack BB a little more but at least it's out of the way and had a full 15 players.

            From early on I thought GW8 fixtures suited the Leeds/Sunderland/Burnley BB best, but of course with the IB it's more difficult to ensure 15 starters this week.

              The IB before BB8 was my main concern, I didn't want to use FTs in 8 to fix my team if there was any issues.

              Also my BB8 would be setup differently as Alderete/Stach would probably start ahead of Ndiaye/Tark v Man City (A)

                  I bought Kudus last week and yes the fixtures to come are not the most appealing so you can pass on him realistically.

                  Enzo a better option than Caicedo? I prefer the latter. Enzo more advanced so im sure that’s why you prefer him and on pens in Palmer’s absence.

            Was ideally aiming for WC 12 or 13 when City, Liverpool & NUFC fixture turn, & I don't mind taking a hit to stay on track, but every man and his dog seem to have already WC'd or doing so over the IB.
            I am also getting fed up with the sight of Sanchez, Rutter & Bruno now.
            Maybe its getting a 65k red arrow that's brought it on. Maybe it's no longer having a certain Norwegian differential over the peloton.

              Forwards are a nightmare this season. Id have Bowen again in a heartbeat if he didnt play for WHam. Hence Pedro 3rd forward. There is literally no one else unless Isak suddenly explodes.

              Too much cash on the bench for my tastes, why not downgrade VDV to a 4.0 at the very least. I know cash is easy to come by right now with Salah being off it, but what about when Palmer comes back etc.
