Batten down the hatches, Granville’s wildcard is active. Having suffered an abominable Gameweek 2 mauling, the Mancunian has shuffled, tail between legs, back to the drawing board. The excuses and justification are spread thickly throughout and Granville even calms his jerky knee long enough to strike back at my decision to transfer in Eden Hazard: the cheek of the man.

  Maicon wouldn't come right in anyway, Zabaleta will be safe (in a 4-4-2) for a few weeks now.
  Although, I expect to use the 3-5-2 more often with Maicon and Kolarov on the wings and Kolo/Kompany/Zabaleta in the middle. Either way, Zabaleta owners should be safe for the next couple of gameweeks.

Nani has been offered a new deal with United worth £130,000 a week – an increase of almost 50 percent on the £90,000 a week he currently earns. However, he responded during the summer with proposals of his own and a date of 15 July for the situation to be resolved. United’s response was to put talks on hold and reports last week suggested he could be on his way out of Old Trafford before the transfer window closes later today.

The latest reports suggest that both Nani and United have agreed to resume talks once the transfer window has closed and that there is no chance of him leaving the club at present.

Nani’s current deal expires in 2014 and it is expected that any new deal will run to 2016.

I don't thikn you need to justify your wildcard if you use it now?!
I always use my'n early as you really cannot predict who is in favour, who is injured and who is in form.
I would say more the justification not to use it...
