With Gareth Bale and Michu tearing up defences and delivering big returns from Saturday’s matches, there’s much anticipation ahead of Sunday’s programme. While Aston Villa’s clash with West Ham seems likely to be an edgy battle of attrition, the Old Trafford clash between United and Everton looks to have a lot going for it. Sir Alex Ferguson’s teamsheet will be of keen interest in that one, while the Toffees will be looking to repeat last season’s thrilling 4-4 draw and perhaps keep the title race interesting.

The early team news is in and sees Paul Lambert make three changes to the Villa XI, with Nathan Baker, Fabian Delph and Jordan Bowery replacing Joe Bennett, Karim El Ahmadi and Gabby Agbonlahor.

For the Hammers, Joe Cole and Emanuel Pogatetz come in for Matt Jarvis and Ricardo Vaz Te; Guy Demel is on the bench.

Our Dugout Discussion chatroom is now open to provide a backdrop to the day’s action.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Thought I’d have to take a hit to get 11 out this GW, but with O’Brien and Gaffroun both getting injured, perhaps Demel and Marvs will get starts!!…

Best transfer(s) to make this week? Maybe Suarez/Studge -> Dzeko?

    Szczesny
    Turner, Demel, Harte
    Bale, Mata, Walcott, Fellaini, Marveaux

Damn, I'm short of 0.5m short of that. Perhaps Enrique & Enrique -> Sagna (or any other 5.6m or below defenders since I have Szczesny already) and Aguero?

I really don't know about Aguero, I planned him all along but I can't bring myself to do it on his current form!

But with no CL am thinking City have to sort themselves out and must put a run together, if they do I have no doubt Aguero will be firing for them. Roonpig on the other hand may be rotated, I'm not too keen on getting either but can't see any other decent options. A shame Spurs/Arsenal/Chelsea have no viable options up front.

Its a pity that you want him this week, cause saving up 2ft's would enable you to make the switch without wasting money.

If it helps Everton will almost certaintly have a blank GW29, whilst Reading wont.

Play him up front and the man scores. Play him out wide and he is as useful as ba was for Newcastle in the 2nd half of last season.

Balo needs to be loved and be out and out number 1 - Mancini would never allow this - poor management in my book - look what Fergie is doing with RVP!!!

      Do we have a c) ?

I don't like 2 out of 3 forwards being from same club.

      B.

assurance of 90 minutes edges it. Not a fan of doubling on strikers though..
