There was a major shock in the Members Cup Fourth Round last weekend, as world number 15 and site regular Evs tasted defeat at the hand of Rodallega Bombs. His conqueror has form, though, and sits just inside the top 1500 so far this term. Elsewhere, former winner Fuzzy Dunlop is still in the mix after winning 62-54, Diz was the round’s highest scorer with 72 points earning him a place inside the top 500 overall, while Paul continues to fly the flag for the Contributors. We’re sorting out the draw for the last 32 behind the scenes and should have that with you tomorrow..

      Ramsey was absolute class before the injury. He really looked like the next Fabregas imo. He's been a completely different player since he's come back (still gets too much stick though). Not sure if he can recapture that form from earlier, but there's a reason why he was made captain of his national team at that point. Does no one else remember him pre-injury?

    If I do Sturridge->Rooney I will have the funds to upgrade Michu to Cazorla and then Mata for their DGWs, if I do Suarez -> RVP I can upgrade Michu and/or Sissoko to Cazorla/Mata for their DGWs, however, if I do Sturridge to RVP I won't have the funds to upgrade any players and then if I do say Bale->Cazorla/Mata I probably won't be able to afford to get Bale back. Maybe doing Sturridge to RVP constrains me too much?? It means I would have:

    Migs,Fed
    Evans, Turner, Davies, Harte, Clyne
    Bale, Walcott, Michu, Sissoko, Kebe
    RVP, Suarez, Lambert

    and only 0.4M in the bank to swap players for DGW players (and I would lose at least 0.4M on Bale and 0.5M on Lambert making it difficult to get them back)

      I have the same front 3, and I'm tempted by Lambert to Rooney, and keeping the double Liverpool strike force. Not sure yet though.

        Not sure about that. Lambert is after all the 3rd highest scoring striker in the game behind RVP and Suarez and also I would lose 0.5M on him. He has proven he can score against anyone and they're fighting relegation so need to score goals

    Still have my WC, what's my play? Use it gw 33 and load up with ars,eve,whu and maybe a couple of Wigan. Is it as simple as that? I'm way out in front in my only cash league with my mates but 70 odd points behind in work league so don't mind taking therisk involved.
