The Gameweek continues with just one Sunday fixture, as Southampton entertain Sam Allardyce’s West Ham at St Mary’s. Both sides go into the game off the back of 1-0 setbacks last time out and will be looking to push up to the upper echelons of the table with three points.
The managers have contrasting options in attack for today’s game. While Mauricio Pochettino has the opportunity to pair England striker Rickie Lambert with new signing Pablo Osvaldo, Allardyce is woefully short on firepower with Andy Carroll now set for a prolonged spell on the sidelines. That could well make for a cagey affair, although Lambert’s Fantasy owners will hope that their man continues his positive start to the season by adding to his opening day strike from the spot at the Hawthorns.

The team news is in and is as follows:
Southampton make three changes from the side that stumbled at Norwich last time out. Luke Shaw and Nathaniel Clyne oust Danny Fox and Callum Chambers from the full-back berths, while James Ward-Prowse makes way for Jay Rodriguez on the right of the attacking midfield three, with the former Burnley man slotting in alongside Osvaldo and Adam Lallana behind Lambert.
Sam Allardyce makes just one alteration from the Gameweek 3 home loss to Stoke. Ravel Morrison is drafted in for the injured Stewart Downing on the right of the front three, with Joey O’Brien yet again selected at left-back, consigning new boy Razvan Rat to bench-warming duties once more.
