After many requests in previous seasons, we’re pleased to announce that we’ve now introduced a new method of payment, allowing would-be members to sign up using their debit/credit cards without having to use Paypal.

The new system is powered by Stripe payments. We don’t store your details on Fantasy Football Scout, they’re encrypted and sent to Stripe and only stored by them if you select the option on our form.

If you’re an existing user you and upgrade via Stripe, you will receive an email from us confirming your payment. If you’re a new user registering an account, you’ll receive both your username and password and your payment confirmation in separate emails.

Stripe is currently our default method of payment, although Paypal is still available in the Payment Method drop down on our registration and upgrade forms.

Pre-season memberships are available for £12.50 (RRP £15.00). Full details on the benefits of being a member and the instructions to sign up can be found here.

    Leaves you with only 1 big hitter. Imo, getting 2 out of Rooney/RVP/Sturridge/Costa/Aguero is a must. If anything, that is one lesson we learnt last season

Having looked at the prices and the distribution of quality players have made slight adjustments to my template spend for the season, slightly increasing midfield allocation. It's now

Goalies 9m
Defence 23.5
Mids 40.5
Strikers 27

Have included a 4.5 mid
And a 5m striker rest of top 8 consist of quality
One 5.5 defender rest 4.5

It's important to have the correct structure, the actual players to fit that structure will be determined later
Am anticipating less bonus points for defenders as we will no longer see entire back lines gaining three bonus points in a nil nil

How are you allocating your budgets, or do you just pick players you want regardless?

    Its important to have balance so you don't handcuff yourself when making future transfers.
    
    If you've only got polarised prices then you can't afford middling players OR leave a large chunk of change on your bench after you drop a heavy hitter.

  Silva probably. Mata has fixtures though and Ramsey if can get anywhere near last year.

    That's a fair point. But none of the other forwards appeal to me. City forwards too risky, Sturridge isn't my favourite and I don't want when when I have Ramsey and Sanchez. Maybe upgrade midfield further or defense?
