After the best Gameweek tally in living memory, I reserve the right for a bit of a gloat. Having risked the Wildcard back in Gameweek 7, the stars aligned and everything fell into place last weekend, leaving my ScoutCast co-host, grumpy Granville, grabbing at straws and smashing TV sets in frustration.

After last season’s defeat, I revel in my moment of glory but still find time to lock horns with Granville over the great Costa debate. Is Jose playing with our minds? I certainly think so but, as Granville points out, I reckon the Lunar landings were fake. I love a good conspiracy, me.

    Do u really need Costa for QPR even if he is fit? Welbeck has Burnley, Pelle Hull and Aguero ain't going anywhere

    I've just sold him anyway, but what on earth is going on with Costa? His hamstrings are dodgy, OK, but now a groin strain too, and then hospitalised with it "coming out both ends". I'd watch he doesn't fall out of a window and land in an open truck full of moustraps.

    Going to lose Ivanovic to pay for Costa > Aguero tonight, but a bit torn between Bertrand & Chambers. Already have Clyne and kinda fancy doubling up on SOT defence for a few weeks. Nuts..?

    -Having Jags would mean when/if Costa doesnt start I would have 4 defenders with good fixtures instead of having to play Duff (EVE)

        You'd always want a fit costa Tony IMO, But what you don't want is is your unfit/benched/hamstrung 11m on the bench!
        It will take a hit to get him back if I want him and I know I will, Pelle can't match his output all season ,

      You should consider that GW 12-18 for Chelsea are all pretty easy fixtures, barring possibly spurs, so don't just think about the next week or two.
