As if out of sympathy for the Fantasy Premier League, or podcast recording software crashed at the death this week. Finished. Kaput.

Panic ensued – hands on head there were cries of “I can’t go through that again” from host Mark as I desperately attempted to recover our lost words. Luckily, temporary files restored, our fifty fourth episode was rescued and rebuilt like Ledley King’s knee. Hopefully it won’t collapse again next week – like Ledley King’s knee.

Within it you’ll find unusually muted tones as Mark and I dissect the events or rather “non-events” of the weekend. Frustrations vented, this week’s broadcast picks up to its usual pace and departs on an optimistic note.

Listen in and share our pain.

Anyone else considering Ward? Listed as a defender and playing left back for Wolves but primarily a Midfielder/Striker. 4.5M

He was included at the end of last year on the watchlists when he was actually playing OOP. He is primarily a left back though and sometimes pushes up when subs are made.

No, their keeper was sent off in the 90th for bringing down Walters after he got caught holding on to the ball too long.

      Mistake made by BBC.

Sorenson was in net for Stoke.

Seems a bit odd, must be a mistake, surely. I thought maybe Pulis was one of those managers who doesn't have a sub keeper, but nope, Nash is there. Must be a right kick in the balls for his confidence if Pulis chose Wilkinson over him. 🙂

As a Stoke fan i'll get in there first.

If it was up to Pulis he'd play a defender in every position....

But if he's a dud in GW2 & 3, then won't his price drop as everyone dumps him for Torres, Rooney, RVP etc., so you can get him a little cheaper in GW4?

      Hey, it could happen.

Aguero will have some extra motivation if he does play and may receive quite a bit of abuse from the crowd. Don't forget his only other appearance at the Reebok was in a UEFA Cup match back in 2008 where he got a red card for SPITTING at Matty Taylor.

Dzeko will be tough to drop at a supposedly 'physical' Bolton side and despite what Mancini says about attacking more this year, if you've watched his teams play he's conservative. I think it's a risk but one that obviously would pay off big. Don't forget Tevez is in training too.
