Game week 29 delivers a quartet of three o’clock kick offs before Man City make their way to Burnley in the evening’s Turf Moor showdown. Arsenal could make it five wins on the bounce when they host West Ham at the Emirates, whilst Tony Pulis will be looking to get one over former club Stoke as the Baggies look to bounce back from a pair of defeats to midlands rivals Villa.

Arsenal attempt to record an eighth successive home league win as they welcome London rivals West Ham United to their backyard. Olivier Giroud is the Gunners’ form man coming into this match-up, having netted in each of his last three starts. With five assists in seven outings, Mesut Ozil also looks back to his best, whilst Alexis Sanchez’ owners will be hoping for more of the same after the Chilean was amongst the goals at QPR last time out. The big news from the Gunners’ teamsheet is that both Santi Cazorla and Hector Bellerin have been relegated to the bench with Theo Walcott and Calum Chambers earning starts.

Leicester City search for their first win in six attempts as they play host to Hull City at the King Power Stadium. We’ll be hoping for big performances from Scout Pick Jeffrey Schlupp and Spot the Differential candidate Riyad Mahrez as the hosts embark on the first of seven home matches in their remaining 11 fixtures. Hull new boy Dame N’Doye will hope to consign Leicester to further misery at the foot of the table, having scored in all three of his starts for Steve Bruce’s outfit.

Sunderland entertain a resurgent Aston Villa side at the Stadium of Light as they strive to snap a five match winless streak. Those 2% of Fantasy mangers that picked up Jermain Defoe as a differential may call time on the 32-year-old if he fails to deliver for a fifth successive league outing. As for Villa, Tim Sherwood is able to call on Christian Benteke in today’s lineup as he recovers from a knock which saw him miss last weekend’s FA Cup quarter-final victory.

West Bromwich Albion have their work cut out as they welcome a Stoke City team that are unbeaten in their last three away trips. Saido Berahino, who’s bagged three in four starts, will need to be marked diligently by the Potters’ defence, while Victor Moses will likely carry the threat to the Baggies.

Just three Gameweeks after holding leaders Chelsea to a draw at Stamford Bridge, Burnley face a home match-up against the Blues’ fellow title-chasers Manchester City. The hosts’ top scorer Danny Ings will fancy his chances against a Sky Blues defence that’s not recorded an away clean sheet since early December. For the visitors, David Silva’s 23.9% ownership will count on the Spanish playmaker to emulate his goalscoring exploits of last week, whilst Captain Poll favourite Sergio Aguero will be looking to continue the form that has seen him serve up returns in ten of his 12 away appearances.

There are only 10 gameweeks left this season and there is a lot of similaritity between our teams. What target can one realistically set for the remainder of the season? I find it interesting to look through the posts about final top 10K and top 1K that I wrote at the end of last season: top 10K , top 1K. Some interesting points:

    Top 10K:

56% of the final top 10K were in the top 10K after GW 28 last season. If this season is going to be similar, 44% of top 10K places are still up for grabs
50% of the final top 10K teams were ranked below 8K, 25% were ranked below 19K, 5% were ranked below 50K
Points-wise, 75% of the final top 10K were within the top 10K mark or at least 20 points below it, 5% were more than 55 points behind, one guy was 130 points below the mark but still managed to cover it in the last 10 GWs.

    Top 1K:

93% of the final top 1K were at least in the top 10K at this point, 75% were ranked inside top 4K, 50% inside 1.2K
Points-wise, 75% were inside top 1K or at least 30 points behind, only 5% were more than 60 points behind the top 1K mark, with a great amount of luck it was possible to cover even a 147 point gap after GW31

People talked about Cazorla and the bib theory.

I had no clue about this and missed the chance to simply sell him.

I did rely on "team news" from Demi as reliable source of predicted line-up.

    Just lesson learned.

Not sure I'd ever sell a player like Cazorla based on bib theory.

Let's be honest though, the Arsenal attacking midfield is becoming a lottery - I'm pretty surprised it's taken this long to sting us.

Tbf, he could've just been given a rest anyway, without it being linked to bib theory. It wasn't me who did predicted lineups this week, anyway.
