His constant rotating of his defenders, argueably the one area you don't rotate.
His inability to get the best out of Dzeko, Jovetic, Negredo(gone, I know)and early days in fairness, Bony - leaving him totally reliant on an injury prone Aguero.

Aguero lone striker with Silva tucked behind seems to be more effective, don't understand why they don't use it more often.
Because Pellegrini blew £28m on a striker they didn't need and couldn't afford under FFP.
Pellegrini has nailed his colours to the mast for his 4-2-2-2 formation and will live or die by it now.
4-2-3-1 with Silva behind Aguero is clearly better for them but that will have to wait for a new manager I think.Good points. The Newcastle match might have deceived him a bit.

I think I can say that I have defence with differentials - Vert (2.3%), Jenkinson (0.6%), Schlupp (0.8%). PVA with 4.5% ownership is also good, but he is not paying off so good, and also have Fonte 🙂

depends on who else you have and how aggressive you wanna be. Villa striker maybe a more worth while gamble whilst giroud will provide steady return which alot of other ppl will be getting as he's probably gonna be ppls 1st choice to bring in.
