With yesterday’s results overshadowed by the now infamous non-handshake at Old Trafford, the Dugout Discussion opens today for what will hopefully be a controversy-free day of football. Having been displaced at the summit of the Premier League, Manchester City travel to Aston Villa where a draw will see them climb back to the top. Before that we have a Black Country derby to enjoy, as Wolves aim to drag their rivals West Brom in to the relegation scrap, and the Baggies try to increase their breathing space from it. Wolves XI: Hennessey, Foley, Johnson, Bassong, Ward, Doyle, Edwards, O’Hara, Jarvis, Ebanks-Blake, Fletcher.

West Brom XI: Foster, Reid, McAuley, Olsson, Ridgewell, Odemwingie, Morrison, Scharner, Mulumbu, Thomas, Fortune.

Mick McCarthy names an attacking side which features a trio of strikers in Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, Kevin Doyle and Steven Fletcher. For the visitor’s, Liam Ridgewell makes his debut for West Brom at the expense of Nicky Shorey, and Paul Scharner starts ahead of Graeme Dorrans.

    Hart vs Silva debate last weeks

    Hart 7 + 7 = 14
    Silva 3 + 3 = 6

    Even if he match his score in the next 2 GW's no way he is gonna be worth the price difference.

    In meanwhile while Silva is not exploding:

    McClean 11 + 7 = 18 without potential BP
    Siggy 13 + 2 = 15 pts

    I assume you have the Power 5 and you would downgrade Silva for a 5th midfielder.

      Next 2 weeks might change your numbers abit. I do agree with you to a point & only have Silva due to his potential & ownership. Maybe well get rid GW28 for the 2nd time this season.

      The last time I thought about shipping Silva out he got a fair few points against Liverpool and so I kept him on the WC because of the 'he is consistent and can score points against anyone' reasoning. Valencia is on form, so if I do downgrade a mid, and pick between those two it might be Silva.

      Slowly my season keepers are slipping away, had Simpson, Vorm, Silva and Enrique from GWs1/2 have sold Enrique, not sure about the Silva and Vorm any more..

        What are you fellow Ade owners going to do with him? It is difficult to deny Aguero for the next 2 weeks and RVP & Ba are taking my other forward positions. But at the moment he is a nice differential.

    I HATE Wild Cards.... 3 seasons I've played this game (well 2 and a half) ... I think that's 5 Wild Cards used?

    Gw25 - The week I give up on this fpl season..

    I cover up a 100 pt lead in GWs 10-19.. Then GWs 20-25 happen and im behind by around 150 pts..

    Good luck to everyonefor the remaining GWs.. Hits and punts and experiments for me for the rest of the season.. 😀

      Are you running that on Chrome? That's how it looks to me on Chrome, but last year when I did it on IE, it worked fine... maybe you could try that...

        thats what I'm thinking but by the time next GW comes (in 2 weeks), Rooney's price I predict will have gone up by at least 0.4 and Kun to go down by 0.2 or so

          There is no way Aguero's price will drop... he has two of the sweetest home games possible coming up...

          Rooney, on the other hand may rise a couple of times, but this should be about points not value, and IMO Aguero will heavily outscore Rooney over the next few weeks...

          Give Aguero his two home games and then get rid of him for Rooney in GW28... Easy...

        Could easily happen.
