Dugout Discussion – Arsenal vs Liverpool

The Gameweek rolls on with a showpiece fixture at the Emirates.

Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal host Liverpool in the tea-time encounter with a host of Fantasy talent on show.

On paper, this could be a tight and cagey affair but Arsenal’s injuries at the back may just prompt both sides to go on the offensive.

Certainly Jurgen Klopp has named an attacking line-up, spearheaded by Roberto Firmino and supported by new signing Sadio Mane and the guile of Philippe Coutinho and Adam Lallana.

That quartet with surely stretch the Gunners backline with Wenger forced to start with a pairing of Calum Chambers and new signing Rob Holding.

Wenger will look to Alexis Sanchez and Theo Walcott to provide a response at the other end, with Aaron Ramsey set to start in the number ten role in the absence of Mesut Ozil.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

You know it's going to be 4-4 only for Firmino to decide it with an injury time winner

I used my Bet365 in-play offer on over 2.5 goals. I feel like such a wet paper bag for not being more bold with risk free money.

Firmino did the same thing last season when they won 6-0 against someone from memory. Very frustrating.

Valencia got forward more than Shaw did. As a team Utd looked defensively solid - the Bournemouth goal was very good so credit goes to them.

Ibra's goal was excellent. He wasn't hugely involved but just like in the charity shield he always has the quality to get a goal.

Both are for keeps in my team.

As a Shaw owner and manu fan I think valencia looked way more dangerous going forward and seems better option, if he keeps starter role(and I see no reason why he wouldn't keep it ). Ibra didn't get involved a ton, but had few moments of brilliance and all the arrogance you want from your striker. Took 1 freekick from close and forced good save, so keeping for sure, not sure if essential yet.
