A busy Sunday comes to its conclusion as Leicester City host West Bromwich Albion at the King Power.

The Foxes are seeking a fourth clean sheet in six at the King Power this time around but will need to do so without the services of Kasper Schmeichel, who is ruled out with a fractured hand.

Both Robert Huth and Danny Simpson walk the Suspension Tightrope for this one, though many will be taking the chance to scout Christian Fuchs as the schedules smiles kindly on the Foxes.

With Riyad Mahrez and Jamie Vardy devoid of form, Islam Slimani – with 20 points in three home fixtures – and Ahmed Musa, who has scored in each of the last two, have the chance to stake a claim as differentials to consider up top. Vardy’s 9% owners are left further frustrated by Claudio Ranieri’s decison to drop him to the bench today.

West Brom, meanwhile, are devoid of talisman Nacer Chadli, who underwent minor knee surgery last week. Given that the Belgian has played a part in 75% of his side’s goals since arriving from Spurs, another shut-out could be on the cards for the champions.

As you can see, I have some issues at the back 😆

    Pickford Mandanda
    Clyne Amat* Holebas* Walker* Smith*
    Hazard Coutinho Sanchez Allen DeRoon
    Kun Lukaku Austin

I had plannned to do Smith to Alonso but then Walker and Holebas happened...

Should I go ahead and cross my fingers for Walker or perhaps do DeRoon to someone < 6.4 and play AOA?

    Many thanks

Bottomed, just done 3 transfers (-4), how does it look for the inevitable future? Not happy having to do my transfers so early, could backfire with international injuries.

    Aguero Austin

Along with Leicester, Man Utd & Arsenal have a GREAT run of fixtures after the next Gameweek.

Preferred punt here for a draft league?

    A.) Wilson -----> Rooney
    B.) Wilson ------> Slimani
    C.) Arnie -------> Ramsey

    1. Unbowed Unbent N'Golo
      10 years, 1 day ago

Tough man, I don't really like any of them. Got Slimani in my draft and he frustrates.

With Holebas suspended I only have two playing defenders of Lovren is fit.

Do I play Amat or sell him for an overall -8 to get a playing defender?

    1. Epic Fail

      Get a playing defender

      1. Danstoke82
        10 years, 1 day ago

        For a -8?

Have 0.0ITB so would most likely have to swap Amat to Kingsley or sell Holebas.

        1. Epic Fail
          10 years, 1 day ago

Just count it as it's own individual hit. It will only cost you 2 points really as you'd be 2 points down if you have a missing player anyway/

          1. Danstoke82
            10 years, 1 day ago

Would I swap out Holebas then? I have nothing ITB so Amat could only become Kingsley

Depends on the replacement and how often you would use them.

      1. Danstoke82
        10 years, 1 day ago

Not sure on who replacement would be. I'd most prob have to sell Holebas

Lovren had a virus, he'll be reet.

    4. MTPockets
      10 years, 1 day ago

Problem is (my case) Smith/Holebas only out for 1 week and I'd like to keep them.
Upgrading Amat uses up funds to either 1) stick more expensive replacement back on bench later or 2) force another defender transfer later.

      1. Danstoke82
        10 years, 1 day ago

Will you play Amat then and hope he features?

    Weighing up on Walcott or Sanchez out for Hazard;
Is Sanchez at risk of being rested after internationals for GW12?
With Couthino also in team, could risk two big hitting mids with limited minutes for GW12.

    1. brianutd-why always we? 20

Fair point, I was justernational beal t thinking about after international break specifically.
The other biggie ofc is that shipping Sanchez instead of Walcott allows upgrading Allen to Firmino...

    2. Ziegler1988

I'd be surprised if Sanchez was rested. We struggled against Soton when he was rested in Sept and it's ManU away where we haven't won in the league since 2006

    Evening all
    Terrible week for me
    Team currently

    Foster (pick)
    Holebas. Kingsley. Walker. Pieters. Friend
    Sanchez. Hazard. Friminho. Allen. Hojberg
    Kaku. Aguero. Bony.

Already kneejerked hazard in this week (last night) for sterling 0.2 team value win.

Should I be making more moves and taking hits?
Really want second Liverpool mid. Not sure if i need Arsenal cover?
And want better or worse 3rd striker,
    Something like
    Sanchez. Hojberg. Bony.
    To
    Coutinho. Walcott. Gray.?
    Thanks.

Going Thailand tomorrow for 10 nights (Yes, I purposely booked for international break 😀
Back next Friday and don't really want to be worrying about FPL out there

Got no bench and a load of Latino studs heading home for international duty

    ------------------------Foster----------------------------
    -------------Stones Morgan Pieters-----------------
    Sanchez Hazard Firmino Coutinho Redmond
    -------------------Aguero Lukaku----------------------
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
Pickford Keane(!) Holebas(!) Amat(!) 1ft, 0.0itb

    A) Redmond to Snodgrass (.5 change will be vital to sort bench, leaves Amat > Nyom eg. In range, do now and take a hit with the .5 if needed when back of holiday)
    B) Keane to Anichibe
    C) Somethimg else? (Don't want to sell Holebas)
    D) Just leave it for now, sort out next Friday
    E) Redmond & Stones > Can & Alonso -4 (Crazy with no bench but if I had a bench I'd do it)

    * I want Alonso but that's obviously out of the question for now, if that matters

Slimani, Lukaku, Bony or Vokes for next two/three GWs?

    1. Cruz88
      10 years, 1 day ago

In the same predicament - though my budget doesn't stretch to Lukaku so am looking at Defoe to. Just not keen on these guys who have only been scoring pens recently, Defoe needs a better team behind him I reckon. Vokes is interesting and have been considering him myself, seems to be in good form

      1. Too Mane Men
        10 years, 1 day ago

I want Kane but he's crazy expensive. Vokes is interesting but I'm worried about Grey/Barnes coming back into the side and hurting his output, plus Burnley aren't great at scoring goals. Might have to punt on Lukaku for the Swansea home fixture. Slimani looks good but Vardy and Musa and Champs league worry me greatly. Such a headache!

        1. Too Mane Men
          10 years, 1 day ago

          Maybe Bony is the answer!?!?

    Foster
    Walker / Williams / Shaw
    KDB / Allen / Sanchez / Coutinho
    Aguero / Lukaku / Vokes

    (Jaku/Collins/Carrick/Amat)

How could I fit in Hazard ? I'm tempted by the prospect of sacrifying Aguero for a less expensive striker then Carrick -> Hazard and move to 3-5-2.

    Heaton Pickford
    Bellerin Holebas Amat Kelly Evans
Sanchez Lallana Firmino Allen De Roon
    Aguero Lukaku Benteke
    1 FT

    Have exact money for:
    Bellerin + Lallana --> Alonso + Hazard(-4)

Do it now or wait after the internationals and miss out on Chelsea defenders?
