    A lot of people here are talking about Patricio, Fabianski or Foster as their 4.5 GK. But what about Ryan? I feel like he is highly overlooked.

      Mainly fixtures I guess. Like Ryan but I’m starting with Patricio if I go 4.5 set and forget. Might switch to Ryan on WC, though. Fixtures turn around 2nd international break.

        Why so pessimistic about Kamara? Play well in Championship final, score in last pre-season friendly, which usually important for gameweek 1 selection.

          Kamara will come off the bench for us a lot and get the occasional start but if we sign a left back as planned then I'd imagine Sess & Schurrle will the be the regular pair flanking Mitro.

          Kamara is having a good pre season though and finished last season strongly so he will get minutes.

            To say truly, from Kamara I want only one start - in 1 gameweek. I think he will start exactly because new defender will come and settle already after 1 gameweek. Am I right?

    Assuming I have a spare Man City slot in my team, is Fernandinho a better 5th mid in a 352 formation than any of the 5.0 defenders in a 442? He scored 120 points last season and I can't see any of the 5.0M defenders exceeding that.

    Budget options

    Wan Bissaka, Stephens, Hudson Odio etc.
    Does anyone else like any of these budget option so much, that they are considering actually putting them into their starting 11?

    My thoughts are, if Wan Bissaka goes into my 11, I could put another 4.0 on my bench and spend the money somewhere else, feels a little risky but could be gold!?

      Always pick players guaranteed, or highly likely to play.

      Boring 2-3pts each week merchants like Dale Stephens are far better than punts like Hudson-Odoi who's as likely to vanish without a trace by September.

      Shaw will start initially if utd dont buy anyone but after young is back in contention its up in the air. Chelsea looked crap going forward v city and Willian came on as well so I wouldnt risk pedro myself

    I am not at all convinced with Zaha. His points look interesting because he was classified as midfielder. He has never scored in double digits over the last 4 seasons. Take out the extra points for goals and the clean sheet points -- he will be nowhere close. Same with Arnautovic + bad fixtures.

    I hate to have the fringe defenders. The reliable points are from premiums.
