The Fantasy Football Scout community have been hard at it again over the last seven days, producing the usual superb array of articles and tables as reflect on Gameweek 6 and look ahead to Gameweek 7.
The hot topics, meanwhile, have ranged from Harry Kane to the psychology of Fantasy managers.
Our latest Community Round-up feature also looks over the various tournaments and mini-leagues that involve FFS users.
The Hottest Topics
Rewind back to the beginning of the week and the FFS community were sharing their tales of joy and woe in our regular Rough with the Smooth hot topic.
We also asked if any of you were interested by three in-form premium forwards and were interested to hear about your thoughts on heavy hitters in defence.
Legomane asked if captaincy was losing its lustre, while one candidate for the armband in Gameweek 7 – Harry Kane – was the focus of a hot topic started by Rotation’s Alter Ego.
“RAE” also helpfully trawled through the Scoutcast again to bring us the timestamps of each section.
We have yet to have a Premier League sacking this season – but this hot topic pondered which managers seem most at risk.
Speculation on which player would be the breakout star of Gameweek 7 was rife, while G-Whizz looked ahead to this weekend too with his Doosra Stats, clean sheet probabilities and fixture odds.
FPL “culture” was the focus of two more hot topics: Irbox‘s look at the psychology of Fantasy managers and NOMONEY‘s request for an update on the common abbreviations.
@ocprodigy rounded up the results of the Scout Picks Challenge for Gameweek 5 and Gameweek 6, meanwhile.

Community Tournaments
Cosmin Rotaru still leads our public FFS League but has dropped a couple of places to 14th in the world rankings.
Andrew McKinnon still leads our FFS Members League after playing his Wildcard, and is now up to 34th overall.
RedLightning has regained the lead in FFS Mods & Cons after playing his Wildcard. He finally got points for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who has sat on his bench all season up until Gameweek 6. The Crystal Palace man came in for Marko Arnautovic.
Ashley Humphrey is the new leader of RedLightning’s Top 10k Any Season mini-league and is up to 28th overall, without using any chips. This is Ashley’s 13th season, with two top 10k finishes (1181st in 2012/13 and 4424th in 2014/15).
Meanwhile, it has been confirmed that CALM will be the charity we will donate to after our next charity tournament.
The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is an award-winning charity dedicated to preventing male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. In 2016, 76% of all UK suicides were male.
