    Step 1. Use you insider information around line-ups to move up the ranks through the FPL season.
    Step 2. Towards the end of the season, create a Twitter account and selectively post some information such as the Man City line-up for GW36 or Arsenal line-up for GW37, even though it's after the deadline so no one can act on it.
    Step 3. Gain credibility in the FPL community as a source of early team news ahead of the much anticipated GW38.
    Step 4. Deliberately post an incorrect Man City team before the GW38 deadline, for example suggesting the player you plan to triple captain is benched. Ensure it is well spread on FantasyFootballScout and Reddit.
    Step 5. Enjoy a potential boost to your rankings as you push for a top 1k finish.

      Is Sterling really on pens? I thought I read somewhere that Pep was upset about him grabbing the ball away to take the one against Watford. Said that Pep doesn't like his players going for individual glory which sounds plausible.

      Let's make some guesses.
      Nketiah and Jimmy get 2 points. So cancel them out.

      A) Sterling (c) + Dilva - 8
      B) Dilva (c) + Martial

      A little bit of algebra
      2S + D - 8 > 2D + M
      or 2S > D + M + 8
      i.e S > (D+M)/2 + 4
      Thus Sterling would have to score 4 points higher than the average score of Martial and D Silva.

      So if Martial and Dilva gets 5-6 points, Sterling would have to get 10 points to come out ahead. Would I take the bet if I was chasing for a $1000? You betcha.

    I'm the leader of my ML with 24+ points to the opponents. My problem: the guys who can beat me are all salah owners, but me not.

    My MF: Sterling, KDB, Foden, Martial, Bruno

    My Forwards: Auba, Jimenez, Conolly

      Don't know if Bruno and Auba to Salah and Ings works, but I'd stick with what you have rather than take a hit. Bruno to Dilva maybe if you have a ft.

    I see D Silva price going up tonight probably. I have exactly right amount to make Foden to D Silva switch - would you make it or wait and make move for hit on Sunday after we hopefully get early team news? Would be nightmare if we found out Foden starts but KDB or Sterling benched!

    I’m pretty set on 8 of my 11 on FH (barring any surprise team news!). Would appreciate your thoughts on the last 3. For context, I’m sitting at 40k, chasing in my main ML and would love to somehow finish on top 25k (10k became a pipe dream a few weeks back!)

        Why neither? They have by far the highest CS chance this GW. Norwich is weak in defending set pieces which plays to Otamendi's strength and they are also bad at defending against crosses in open play which plays to Mendy's strength.

        I'm convinced they are both great options, best defenders after TAA for this GW.

            It’s a good point but I think they should start as Pep said he’ll play everyone in the last 2 games and they didn’t start vs Watford. Either way it’s very likely that we will know the lineup before the deadline (fplscarface confirmed he’ll have it, reliable so far).

            But as you said if I don’t have confirmation that either one starts before the deadline, it’s definitely not a risk worth taking.

    Jimenez tempting more and more as Wolves get more rest, Chelsea defence terrible, albeit much better at home.

      Looking good. Trusting KDB to deliver? I decided it’s quite a risk based on so many “ifs” (ie if he doesn’t play too deep, if he doesn’t end up assisting tv e assister, if he plays enough mins etc!)
