How are things at Newcastle? Is the match against WBA confirmed?

I’m considering Dcl to Wilson to free up some funds to get Son or Kane.

But they just had a covid outbrake so it’s putting me off tbh.

I also have Bamford so should I go for Watkins, Antonio or Adams instead?

  If would go for Wilson. He's the best choice, but also it means if anything goes wrong you have several straight swaps. If you go for the cheaper option then unless you keep money in the bank you have fewer direct replacements

From next week:

A) Son & 4.7 def (also have to play Soucek or Lamptey every week)
B) Watkins & Robbo (Soucek bench).

A allows that sexy midfield of Salah KDB Bruno Son Grealish, but B is more balanced. Leaning towards B at the mo.

I really can't decide, shall I take out Robertson and Werner, Foden, just so I can fit KDB into my team alongside Salah, Fernandez and Son?
(I might only do Foden this week and the other 2 out for KDB next week)

My Team:
Zouma, James, Robertson, Mitchell, Dunne
Fernandez, Salah, Son, Foden, Anguissa
Watkins, DCL, Werner

I have 2ft so would be -4

  Yes to losing werner and foden for KDB. No to losing Robertson.. I'm looking at bringing him in because from 14 they have a great run of games.
  
  Do 1 transfer this week, KDB can wait, and decide if you want to play 4-4-2 or 4-5-1. Options would be upgrading non-playing mitchel / dunne to a 4.5 def, or Aguissa to Soucek who is a viable 5th mid. Since you're trying to go with all 4 big hitter premiums in midfield you have to make sacrifice elsewhere.
  
  Id also suggest DCL>bamford would free up funds. Bamford can easily match DCL, especially with better fixtures for now

      Yeah, I really don't want to lose Robertson but downgrading him alongside Werner is the only way to get KDB in, unfortunately.
      It's a shame as I want to keep Rob and Werner this week but long term I think it's probably best to have KDB and a cheaper defender (Dias/Vestergaard/Walker-Peters) and cheaper forward in Bamford, like you said, who will still most likely get me similar points in the long run.
      
      I guess it just comes down to deciding who I want the most in my team long term, Robertson and a decent 4th mid or KDB and cheaper defender (Dias/Vestergaard/walker-peters).
