Trying to plan my chip usage. What are thoughts here?

    A. BB 25 - Dubravka (BOU), Bowen (nfo), Branthwaite (CRY), Gabriel (bur).
    Solanke TC 28 (SHU/LUT)

B - BB27 - Kaminski (AST), Bowen (eve), Doughty (AST), Branthwaite (WHU).
    Haaland TC 25 (BRE/CHE)

C - Haaland TC25 (BRE/CHE). Save Bench Boost for a later DGW that I can wildcard into.

BB 25 for sure, you will be hard pressed to find a better set of fixtures with some high impact players that will be sitting on your bench this season

Do we expect a big 34 /37 double? I know it always underwhelms but I think I do still favour a DGW set of BBs from the 'smaller' sides than yours here. (This is an open question, I don't myself know if we will get that this year)

I understand 34 will be a bit rubbish with underwhelming doubles and even some blanks possible but 37 will be a big double

but with so many others using TC on Haaland its unlikely to kickstart your season on very far whatever he scores. If playing catch-up Solanke in GW28 (SHU/LUT) looks like a viable option with a much higher upside, and Haaland is likely to have at least one more DGW this season when he will be lower TC'd.

Maybe I'm hoping that the poll plays out and more don't chip than TC. Some may go with KDB or Jota. Solanke 28 tempting though with perfect fixtures!

Looking at a BB but I’d need to take a -4 to replace Turner.

Bench would be Raya, Gabriel, Garnacho & Van Hecke with 8 doublers.

Burnley, Burnley, Luton & Sheff United are the fixs, feels like it could be worth it.

So far no more than a 10 point swing between good and bad GW's.
Remaining players can make it difference with managers using on average 7 to 10 players from 12.
key differentials for me were Gross and Ake; the former being benched. It is what it is!

Initially was looking to transfer out Porro either next week or this, that is until Trent's mild injury recurred.
Five blankers GW26 currently, so what's the priority defender move here this week ? > Liverpool/Doughty/Reguilón/Gabriel or roll.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Martínez
    TAA²* Trippier Porro Estupiñán
    KdB² Jota² Richarlison Rodri²
    Haaland² Watkins
    - Areola(nfo) Solanke(new) Palmer(mci) Hecke(shu)
    1FT £0.1m all chips available.

Save unless TAA is ruled out. The second FT next GW will give you a chance of removing 2 of those blankers and fielding a full 11 for free.

That's the plan but could transfer this week Porro/TAA to a non-blanker with a great GW25 fixture instead.

Not much value to transfer in defender this week as you have got already 3 MCI. Reguilon is a push and I would prefer 2FT next week to anticipate injuries etc

            KDB Foden Jota Saka
            Haaland C Toney Watkins

            Raya Gabriel Garnacho Van Hecke

    As things stand-
    4 doublers in 25- TAA/Foden/Haaland/Darwin
    5/6 blankers in 26- Porro/TAA/Rich/Palmer/Darwin + possibly Beyer.

Thinking Porro-> Stones + maybe a hit somewhere.
TAA a concern too of course but awkward to move him on.
    Anything standing out?

    Dubravka.
    Porro, TAA, Trippier.
    Foden, Saka, Richarlison, Garnacho.
    Darwin, Watkins, Haaland (TC).
    Areola, Palmer , Gabriel Beyer.

It's a choice of defenders that don't start every game or mids with very little goal threat. I wouldn't bother unless you are very lucky with your pick. If you really must Mac Alister might be on penalties. Maybe.

Also keep an eye on Allison news - if it's a genuine injury not flu then maybe a goalie transfer

    Haaland(c) Alvarez Darwin

I've been useless at estimating injury timeframes recently so I could do with some advice on Trent & Cunha.

My original plan this week was Trippier & Olise - Ait Nouri & KDB (-4). Then sell Jota & Darwin (-4) to field 11 in 26. Now I'm obviously open to downgrading Trent instead. Cunha I can bench in 25 but if he's out in 26 I'd then need -8 to field 11.

So instead I could do TAA, Olise & Cunha - 3.9, KDB & Toney (-8) now. Frontloading the extra hit gains me another DGW25 attacker, rather than waiting & potentially taking -8 in 26 that may include Toney anyway if Cunha is out. Same number of defenders but with Trippier instead of Ait Nouri.

Think I'd be tempted to take the hit this GW and do the -8, if Cunha injury is bad and TAA is a doubt.

I've got TAA & Cunha too. Was originally planning on rolling FT and getting rid of TAA or Trippier in GW26 to fund Darwin to Watkins. Now I'm considering taking a hit this week to sell TAA and bring Watkins in a week early. Though Toney is tempting.

I got Toney yesterday. He is going to be a decent differential for some time, whom many will ignore because of the tough fixtures on paper or maybe because they are reluctant to get rid of the forwards they currently have.

Thanks. Probably should have mentioned I'm mainly just looking at 25-6 as I think I might WC27, but I agree I think I prefer Toney to, say, Watkins longer-term, and it doesn't hurt to keep my options open

Is kdb still a worthwhile pick for the dgw? Doubt he plays 3 games in a week.

So assuming he starts in the champs league and v Chelsea, wonder if he will be benched v Brentford?

Could look at someone like bowen who plays 26 and 29
    Thanks

Probably just the 5 for me. 3 x City (Foden, Haaland, KDB) and 2 x Liverpool (Virgil, Jota).

      I'm considering triple captain Haaland.

      Morning!

Im at 7 too, sold Stones for Doughty... but was a part of a larger move to get KdB in.

My 7 are Haaland, KDB, Foden, Jota, Darwin, Doughty & Barkley. Should be able to navigate through 30 without using a FH or WC.

Looking at Porro and Richarlison to Branthwaite and Jota for a -4.

    Solid moves? Gives me:

    Areola (Dubravka)
    Trippier, Estupinan, VVD (Branthwaite, Taylor)
    KDB, Saka, Jota, Foden (Palmer)
    Solanke, Watkins, Haaland (c)
