We’ll have more team news to bring you on Friday as 10 Premier League managers face the media ahead of their Gameweek 34 fixtures.

You’ll find all the key injury updates in this article, which will be refreshed throughout the day.

For the headline news from Thursday’s four press conferences, check out this round-up here.

KEY GAMEWEEK 34 TEAM NEWS FROM FRIDAY

FRIDAY’S PRESS CONFERENCE TIMES

LIVERPOOL

Giorgi Mamardashvili (leg wound) will definitely miss the visit of Crystal Palace this weekend. He’ll also be out for “weeks” beyond it.

However, Alisson (muscle) is not yet ruled out of Saturday’s match, despite not being pictured in full team training on Wednesday.

“Giorgi will definitely not be available for tomorrow and also not for the upcoming weeks.

“Ali is close to a return to play. Let’s see if tomorrow comes too early, yes or no. ” – Arne Slot

Despite the above comments, Slot hinted that Freddie Woodman would start, when speaking about a planned supporters’ protest during the game.

“Two weeks ago, against Fulham, there was also a protest, but we felt the complete support throughout the whole game from our fans. That’s what I mean about having the best interests of the club: when they have a protest like this, they are still there to support the team. That’s also what’s needed tomorrow, especially… the first one I’m thinking about is Freddie Woodman – if he has to start, if Ali is not ready to start. I think a player like him, but all of them, definitely need a lot of support from our fans tomorrow.” – Arne Slot

Joe Gomez is back available after a brief absence but Wataru Endo (foot) still some distance from a return.

“Joe… is back in the squad, so that is really positive because last week I only had two centre-backs playing and no one on the bench.

“Wata is starting to go out, not with the team yet, but he is starting to do exercises outside on the pitch with the rehab team. He is making steps but he will not be available next week for United or the week after but we are hoping and expecting him to be back at the end of the season.” – Arne Slot

Hugo Ekitike (Achilles), Conor Bradley (knee), Stefan Bajcetic (hamstring), Jayden Danns (hamstring) and Giovanni Leoni (knee) are also out.

ARSENAL

Mikel Arteta says that Bukayo Saka (Achilles) and Riccardo Calafiori (unspecified) will “probably” feature this weekend.

Jurrien Timber (ankle) remains out, however, along with longer-term absentee Mikel Merino (foot).

“No [new issues]. Bukayo probably is going to be in the squad, so good news.

“[Riccardo] probably in the squad, as well. Jurrien not in the squad.” – Mikel Arteta

“We have given him some time because there was a moment that he was struggling to sustain the performances because he wasn’t comfortable at all and we’ve done that so he had the right treatment, the right space. He had some time as well for himself and now it’s the most important part of the season and he’s back with us.” – Mikel Arteta on Bukayo Saka

“Now we need to get the best version out of [Bukayo Saka and Riccardo Calafiori]. So being available is not enough. Being available with your best version is what we need in this stage of the season. But at least they are with us. They make us certainly stronger. We miss them. And now all the players as well, they’ve just come back as well. They’re going to have more games, more minutes, and hopefully we will see a performance as well.” – Mikel Arteta

TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR

Destiny Udogie is likely to miss out with the muscle injury he suffered last weekend.

“Destiny has a problem. I think he can’t play tomorrow. I’m sorry because he played a great first half, the second half as well, but the first half was great.

“We have Spence. Souza is available to come with us. It’s not a big problem, I hope Udogie can be available in the next week at Villa Park.” – Roberto De Zerbi

Guglielmo Vicario (hernia surgery) and Pape Matar Sarr (shoulder) are not ready to return, either.

Cristian Romero (knee) Mohammed Kudus (thigh), Wilson Odobert (knee), Ben Davies (ankle) and Dejan Kulusevski (knee) remain on the sidelines too.

James Maddison (knee) was a surprise inclusion on the Spurs bench last weekend, although he didn’t make it onto the field. Having experienced a bit of pain this week, he looks set to reprise his non-playing substitute role.

“No, he’s not available [to play] yet. Especially in this week, he felt pain, but not so important problem. Tomorrow, he will come with us on the bench because he’s important [whether] he plays or not.” – Roberto De Zerbi on James Maddison

NEWCASTLE UNITED

Anthony Gordon (hip) remains on the sidelines for the trip to Arsenal. Eddie Howe hopes to have him back for Gameweek 35.

“Anthony won’t make the game, hasn’t trained this week. Again, not a serious injury but not in time for this one. Hopefully, the next one.

“Anthony Gordon is injured. 100%.” – Eddie Howe

Tino Livramento (thigh) has joined the injury list, too, having hobbled off last weekend. His season may be over but a second scan will have to confirm that.

“With Tino, he went for a scan initially. We don’t think it’s a bad injury, we will wait and see whether he will play again this season. He is due to have another scan at the weekend to determine the full extent of his time out.” – Eddie Howe

Fabian Schar (ankle/foot) and Emil Krafth (knee) are still out, while Joelinton has to serve the second match of a two-game ban.

Bruno Guimaraes returned from a two-month absence as a substitute against Bournemouth and is pushing for a start, although Howe did express caution.

“He’s had a full week of training and he’s trained really well. I’ve been very pleased with him.

“I think you could see against Bournemouth, he came on with all the right intentions to deliver a really good physical performance but you could see that he was struggling at times physically to adapt to the pace because he had really had minimal training. He was playing on heart and spirit and determination, but the week he’s had this week will serve him really well.

“He’s such an important player for us on so many levels. Of course, we’re keen to get him on the pitch as quickly as possible but I’ve got to make sure it’s not to his detriment.” – Eddie Howe

Howe was again asked about the peripheral involvement of Yoane Wissa and Nick Woltemade, with now even Will Osula ahead of them in the pecking order.

“Like with every player that is not playing, they have to show their worth in training. That’s their shop window for me to pick them, how they train, how they commit to the training, how much they’re prepared to put individual disappointment to the side.

“I believe in both players still, I’ve got no issue with either of them. I think they’ve got unique qualities to offer the team but it’s got to be on merit and deserved.” – Eddie Howe on Nick Woltemade and Yoane Wissa

EVERTON

David Moyes has confirmed that Beto will miss the West Ham game due to the concussion protocol.

“Beto has concussion and will miss this week’s game.” – David Moyes

After Everton said earlier this week that Jarrad Branthwaite (hamstring) was “unlikely” to play again this season, Moyes went one further.

“Jarrad will be out for the season. Then, obviously, we’ve got quite a long close season, so there should be plenty of time to get himself fit and ready to start next season – but he won’t be fit again to play this season.” – David Moyes

The Everton boss confirmed that Beto and Branthwaite are the “only two out”, aside from long-term absentee Jack Grealish (foot).

CRYSTAL PALACE

Adam Wharton (adductor) returns for this weekend’s clash with Liverpool.

Apart from medium-term absentees Eddie Nketiah (hamstring) and Evann Guessand (knee), Oliver Glasner has no other injury concerns.

“Adam is fit, trained yesterday without any issues. So, available for Liverpool.

“All the others, the same, so no new injury concerns.

“Of course, Eddie Nketiah and Evann Guessand will miss the game.” – Oliver Glasner

While there no fresh injury-related doubts, there is a “question mark” over Nathaniel Clyne due to illness.

“One question mark is Nathaniel Clyne. He will ill yesterday, but then was better in the evening. So, he’s [being] assessed at the moment and then we will see. But also it looks like he is available.” – Oliver Glasner on Nathaniel Clyne

Glasner repeated his comments from last weekend, hinting that he’ll go strong for the Liverpool game.

“No, no. Saturday-Thursday, feels like a very long spell in between. We’re just preparing for the Liverpool game.

“We have the opportunity to win four times against Liverpool in one season. I think that’s something unique.

“Having already three wins [against Liverpool], that’s massive for us, and that’s why we’re really highly motivated, because maybe this will never happen again, and it’s a massive chance.” – Oliver Glasner on whether the upcoming UEFA Conference League semi-final against Shakhtar Donetsk would play into his team selection this weekend

ASTON VILLA

Unai Emery’s press cornference was short on team news, not that we were expecting much.

Boubacar Kamara (knee) is the only known absentee.

BRENTFORD

Vitaly Janelt (foot), Rico Henry (hamstring) and Jordan Henderson (unspecified) are all back on the grass but remain out.

“They’re doing well. I’ve literally just walked past all three of them, they’ve been doing a session separate to the group.

“Obviously back on the grass, making good progress. All slighty different in terms of when I think they’ll be back, but they won’t be available for Monday.” – Keith Andrews on Messrs Janelt, Henderson and Henry

Back-up striker Kaye Furo (groin) remains on the injury list, too, along with longer-term absentees Antoni Milambo and Fábio Carvalho (both knee).

Another player who has been sidelined for an extended period, Josh Dasilva (knee), is back in training and inching towards a return. The Brentford website says he remains out.

The Bees don’t appear to have any other concerns.

“I think it’ll be in and around what it was last week.” – Keith Andrews on the Brentford team news

FULHAM

Alex Iwobi (hamstring) has joined the injury list after hobbling off last weekend but Marco Silva hopes to have him back before the end of the season.

Kevin (foot) and Kenny Tete (foot) remain out, with the former back on the grass and the latter still only doing individual work.

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS

Jose Sa trained on Friday, having missed the Leeds United defeat due to a shoulder spasm. Rob Edwards will make a late call on him but it looks positive.

Matt Doherty is back from a “niggle”, meanwhile, but Ladislav Krejci is “struggling” with the neck injury he aggravated in Gameweek 33.

“[Sa] trained today, so we’ll give him as much time as possible, but he felt comfortable today, so that’s pleasing.

“Doc has trained all week, so he is available.

“I think Krejci will be struggling.” – Rob Edwards

Angel Gomes (foot) “should be fine” despite coming off early last week, having trained the last two days.

Sam Johnstone (shoulder) is out for the season, while Yerson Mosquera serves the second game of a two-match ban.

Homestly I don't get this fascination with Porro. As a punt for free hit, why not. But otherwise he's a defender for one of the worst teams in a league. The limited thing I learned in this game that you want defenders with the highest chance of clean sheets and defcon chance. Attacking threat is nice add-on but the majority of points still come from
