While I’m away, the boys also consider the Gameweek 31 traps to decide whether we’re in danger of being distracted by the mediocrity on offer. The fate of premium-priced defenders is also discussed before they preview Gameweek 28, as I crash back in to make my late contribution.

    Bit sad but already planning my wc team in gw32 🙂 spurs play Chelsea in gw 32 and then it s the Manchester derby in gw 33. All these teams have dgw and ideally I d like to load up with their players but these two fixtures put me off a bit. Any (early ) thoughts ? Thanks .

      You could avoid a couple and use transfers in 33/34 though it’s ridly because you could end up with other injuries needing sorted.

        Yep that's a tough one. Suppose I d better wait a bit longer. Other issue will be what to with pool assets who have great fixtures but no dgw. Keeping Salah for sure though 🙂

          Yeah, Salah stays but think everyone else goes. A lot of people who have Firmino will be looking to replace with Aubameyang / Vardy I’d expect.

            I think with their double and great run of fixtures to the end of the season Arsenal and Leicester will have 5/6 players in my squad.

      Don't get Man U players. Watch out if Man City have already won the league and rotate for CL.

      I find that wildcard as close as possible to a bench boost helps.
