With template midfields and forward lines now commonplace, recent goals from Benoit Assou-Ekotto and Joleon Lescott demonstrated the value of points from our defenders as a method of boosting Fantasy ranks.

In this latest article for Members, we use Opta data and our own ICT Threat scores to examine the defenders who have presented the most potent threat so far, whilst discussing any worthy options who are potentially due improved returns before the season is out.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

      Milan aren't closing Arse down - this should be suiting Arsenal, but they just lambast the ball upfield and give Milan the ball back.

      No news. Depends on what the other matches in the DGW will be for Liverpool/Everton. If Liverpool get an easy home game I will go for 3 of them I think
