    Prices changes!

Has there been much discussion about prices changes yet? I'm really happy that no one has risen or fallen yet, seems like thresholds will be slightly higher this year. could be good for the game

News regarding Spurs stadium. How do you think this will affect the team performance?

"Spurs had been expected to play their first game at the new ground on 15 September against Liverpool but that match has now been switched to Wembley.

Tottenham's following home game against Cardiff on 6 October has also been moved to Wembley.

A venue for their Premier League game against Manchester City on 28 October is currently 'to be confirmed'."

I dont think it will make much difference. Spurs were very used to Wembley last season and it's not like they have any new players.

Ouch.. I wanted liverpool to smash them in their new stadium.

I remember last time we played against them when lamela and Kane was diving on the pitch

That would be the game that Spurs completely outplayed Liverpool in for the second half? That my Anfield mate tells me was the best away performance there all season? Yep, that one

    3. Pedaso Pirates
      • 12 Years

As a season ticket holder I would say minimally. Why?
      1. It's a very settled side, not easily unsettled either
      2. Playing away doesn't affect the team results significantly
      3. Remember all the talk about the Wembley hoodoo? 3rd place in the end

I have decided to bring Richarlison in,

Last night i decided to sleep on it, and not rush, and FPL graced me with no price rise. Today It feels like a good move, I will be happy to have in my team (narrowly missed out on being in my team last week) and keep him for a while. My question is this,

Who do you think I should trade out for Richarlison? and why

    A) Jota
    B) Mkhitaryan

    1. Hy liverpool

My head is telling me to save it, but my heart is telling me to do Sanchez > Mane. But I'm also considering that if I had 2FT's I would have more firepower going into GW3 with the likes of Hazard and co. If this was your team what would you do with the FT?

    GK: Pickford
    DEF: Mendy PVA Robertson
    MID: Richarlison(!) Jota Sanchez Salah
    FWD: Kun Zaha King

    Bench: Stek Peltier AWB Stephens

I think Mane is the best player in EPL.

I really think there is very little transfer activity that needs to happen after last gw. surely the only thing worth discussing this week is captain choice:

A - liverpool player - obvious goal threat but playing against a decent defence
B - city player - same threat, against a much weaker defence but the usual issues with rotation

we’ll then each have our own opinion on which player from those teams depending on who we own, but which was are people thinking of going?

i’m on him at the moment, such a difficult choice, just feel Huddersfield will be there for the taking

Mendy actually seems like a good pick.

I think a Man city option is the best choice. Going for Aguero. I have Mane, Mahrez, Mendy and Robertson aswell. I think KdB will come in for Gundogan.

    Pedro > Richarlison?
Figure pedro will get dropped soon with William Haz back in full action

Hazard isn't fully fit yet (according to sarri)
      Keep

He came on didn't he.. I figure he's good. Plus catch Richarlison before the rise, think he's a keeper for the rest of the yr. They should be decent under silva

Sarri says Eden Hazard can't play for 90 minutes at the moment, and the best for him today was to play for 15 or 20 minutes when the opponents would likely be tired. #HUDCHE

Richarlison is a very good pick too but if what changed from gw1? You did know that pedro might be dropped and richarlison is nailed

          Stick to your plan imo.

I'd be very tempted if you don't have a first 11 quality player on our bench ready to step up. A more maverick move would be Maddison, but Richarlison would be a safer bet 🙂

      Good chance he'll be benched

Remember chasing points isn't the way to go.. we have had many a gws where you score 80+ one week and next week you don't even get 30..just have a playing 11 you know are quality and hang in tight..

Or be like me and go hit crazy and wait for the price rises 😀

The only reason not to captain Kun is concern he may be benched. Even with a cameo he's capable of cricket scores though so I'm going with my gut. I also have Mane and Salah - Salah is my VC...
