Is it too big a gamble to do Jimenez & Rashford > Greenwood & Vardy?

My bench for GW34 is Nketiah, Dunk (MCI) and Taylor (liv) so not many points, if any of my 1st eleven are rested. Goalies are Pope and Ryan so expecting nothing from them.

    Pope,
    TAA, Saiss, Aurier
    Salah, KdB, Martial, Fernandes, Foden
    Greenwood, Vardy
    Ryan, Taylor, Nketiah ,Dunk

Solid team, but as you say, if someone gets rested, you are getting a goose egg. I have a similar issue where I’m trying to decide if I take a hit to bring in Mason while making sure I have a playing bench player at the same time.

40 & 50pts respectively behind cash mini-league leaders and desperately need to take some risks with diffs now. We all have FH left which i'm guessing we're all planning to use GW38+. Our sides are all very, very similar with only a couple players different in each. How does this look for a -8? Yay or nay? Thanks :

Rashford, Son, Jimenez, Holgate > Jesus, Saint-Maximin, Vardy, Digne.

I just can’t see a -8 being good at this stage. I like the transfers, but I question whether they will payoff in only 3 weeks.

Thing is i have to try something or i'll just have no chance of gaining,...since the restart when we all picked near identical squads i'm merely treading water, it's kinda now or never i think?

Why not? It's unlikely to bridge the gap, but I think at this stage it's better to do something for fun.

I'll take a look at that thanks!! Or i might just fill my side with diffs and make a crazy captain pick in 38+ maybe?!! Will do some more tinkering and make some more calculations for now i guess? Trying to predict their likely moves this week for a start!!

Do you all think it’s worth taking a hit a this point of the season...especially if one has a FH yet to play? Forget about actual transfer. I’m just trying to weigh the fact that I’ll only really get 3 weeks out of the hit. I’m also 3pts from10k, so I’m trying not to waste points.

It totally depends on who you are moving out / bringing in?
Could be worth it GW37 if it's the 'right' move...

I mean it deffo depends. If you are chasing in a ML for example then a hit for vardy and capping him could pay off.

Is this squad worth a bench boost this gameweek? The only thing putting me off is the chance of Trent being rested. Took a -4 already, did son/dcl to sterling/greenwood.

You need to do it at some point, though I tend to agree with Ronnie that this week seems ripe for rotation. That said, your bench is set up pretty well for a BB. Justin has a nice fixture too.

Not sure - it's Martial's turn to score next!

Jimenez. But I get all of these wrong (for this past GW I advised people to bench Greenwood and play Jimenez). So play Foden 😀

(That's why I have Connolly as my 8th attacker!)

Is it just me, or is Jonathan Moss well and truly the worst referee in the Premier League in ages? How does he even pass the fitness test?
