Sign up today to secure the pre-season rate for FFScout Premium Membership

Fantasy Football Scout Premium Memberships for the 2020/21 season are still available at the pre-season cost of £17.50 – but time is running out on this offer.

Subscriptions will rise to the regular season price of £19.99 on August 31 so, if you haven’t already, make sure to sign up over the next week in order to secure the best-value rate.

The yearly fee of £17.50 works out at an equivalent of less than £1.50 a month (or 5p a day!) as, instead of expiring on June 1 as was previously the case, these rolling annual subscriptions now cover a full 12-month period.

That’s better value than our rivals are offering for the equivalent all-access Premium Membership package.

If you prefer to dip your toe into the water rather than plunge right in, however, we are continuing to offer rolling monthly subcriptions for just £2.99 per month.

Existing registered users can upgrade via this link. New users, who are yet to get a registered account, can sign up via this link.

Payments can be made through Paypal or via Stripe using debit or credit cards.

Does early FPL team news really provide an advantage?

What Do I get for my money?

Well, you’ll be joining legions of other Fantasy managers by signing up, including former Fantasy Premier League winners Adam Levy, Simon March and Tom Fenley.

Thousands upon thousands of FPL bosses take advantage of our subscriptions and sign up every year, using the stats and tools to aid their Gameweek planning.

PRO PUNDIT ARTICLES

You’ll get exclusive content from some of the best Fantasy managers in the business, including Hall of Fame number one Fábio Borges, ex-champion Simon March, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman, three-time top 200 finisher Lateriser and six-time top 5k finisher Zophar.

If that wasn’t enough, Fantasy Football Scout’s founding father, Mark Sutherns, is returning to the site to supply articles and video appearances throughout the season. Again, only Premium Members will get unrestricted access to Mark’s content.

And stay tuned in the coming days for more exciting announcements on that front – as well as updates on a new, mobile-friendly design.

RATE MY TEAM AND PROJECTIONS

Our Projections and Rate My Team tools are both live for the new season, so you can head over there now to start building your teams ahead of 2020/21 and see how many points our algorithm thinks you’ll score.

These features were both refined last year, with RMT’s Professor – aka Chris Atkinson – elaborating on the changes in a Hot Topic.

SEASON TICKER

Also live for the new season is our Season Ticker.

Premium Members can sort by fixture difficulty and find out which teams’ matches rotate well.

Disagree with the Fantasy Football Scout difficulty ratings? Add you own to customise your experience.

FLAT-TRACK BULLY TOOL

Our Flat-Track Bully tool was a new addition last season, with subscribers now able to identify Fantasy assets with good records against specific clubs.

This will help you pinpoint players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition and even those who thrive against the top teams, like Raúl Jiménez famously did in 2018/19.

HEAD-TO-HEAD COMPARISONS

Compare both teams and players head to head, with over 100 key statistics to study side by side.

PLAYER AND TEAM STATS

There are hundreds upon hundreds of player and team statistics available, which can help guide your Fantasy transfer decisions.

MATCH ANALYSIS

Analysis of every Premier League match (going back to 2011/12!), together with charts which plot average positions and our collection of heatmaps for touches, shots and chances created, among other statistics.

CUSTOM STATS TABLES

Premium Members can also create custom tables based on the data available and share them with other subscribers.

Perhaps the most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table, which looks to predict which underperforming assets will find the net next.

TESTIMONIES

2018/19 Fantasy Premier League champion Adam Levy was a paid-up Premium Member of our site and he discussed what tools of ours he finds most useful in an interview after his triumph.

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members’ League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our Members’ League and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

Who will play for Leicester instead of Chilwell now if they don't sign Tagliafico?

      4.5m Thomas, I think.

Just noticed Justin can play both RB & LB - He won't be playing ahead of Thomas?

The game where Pereira started and Chilwell was rested, Justin played ahead of Thomas at LB - you sure Thomas plays at LB and Justin sits on the bench when Pereira returns?

We will sign a left back if we don't sign Tagliafico. Highly doubt they'll chuck Thomas in again, he would benefit most from a loan.

Utd defence was pretty solid last year but I don’t see many people starting with a shaw or AWB on the bench, could be a good combo with Bruno or martial for gw2, what’s the argument against ?

Then you'll have 2 players that won't play GW1... given starting fixtures I see more CS coming out of wolves or sheff than United. AWB/Shaw poor for attacking returns also

Similar to restart, many did get a Utd gk/def then had trouble undoing it to get Greeny. He is 3m more but could still offer value as a potential 3rd Utd attacker when they look like scoring 2+ every game.

I suspect most people will focus on their firepower rather than their defence.

Honestly, I think there's an enormous amount of human bias surrounding the United defence. DDG and Maguire's mistakes are vivid in people's minds, so the hundreds of other strong actions they made are forgotten, and I mean hundreds.

DDG had a better xGP than many top keepers last season, which means that he made up for the mistakes he made with top saves.

It's statistically one of the strongest defences in the league, when all are fit (Shaw is important). So I think we should take advantage of the negative MU bias and get a nose in front.

      1. R.C

Surely not with the first 6 fixtures in mind?

Also need to see if Shaw can play a few games without getting injured again

        1. Piggs Boson

My strategy is different to most on here regarding the early fixtures, but I don't want to explain it or risk losing what I believe to be an edge.

We'll have to see what happens with Shaw in pre season.

I’m going to monitor Shaw, I don’t see the downside if he’s got the green light to play and is nailed to start which he seems to be if fit.

Re Bruno he’ll be my first transfer to double with shaw/AWB - do agree with the greenwood thing

Not sure if I’d rather have awb,Bruno, martial

Or greenwood,Bruno,martial/rash - that’s a lot of reliance on Utd firepower with the amount of good options around

    GW1: Salah (C) vs Leeds (H)

    GW2: Martial (C) vs Palace (H)

    GW3: Salah (C) vs Arsenal (H) OR Aguero (C) vs Leicester (H)

GW4: Werner (C) vs Palace (H) OR Vardy (C) vs West Ham (H)

GW5: Kane (C) vs West Ham (H) OR Werner (C) vs Southampton (H)

GW6: Doherty (C) vs Newcastle OR Aguero (C) vs West Ham (A) (unlikely)

    GW7: Salah (C) vs West Ham (H)

    GW8: Kane (C) vs West Brom (A)

    GW9: Martial (C) vs West Brom (H)

    GW10: WC, KDB/Aguero (C) vs Burnley (H)

Anyone being forced to run a 343 rather than 352 due to lack of starting bench fodders in attack? Need to spend 5.5-6.0m just to get a forward that will actually start...

    1. Holmes
      • 10 Years

You can always go with 5 defenders who are nailed and 4.5 forward. Not necessary to have "8th attacking" player.

Any thoughts on people thinking Werner might also play wide left and\or central striker?

Is that because of the bi-monthly pulisic injury or other reason, like rotation with giro or abs?

Would've thought he was a shoo-in for central striker as girou and abs could neither nail down the spot

Finally, as an FPL asest, does it really matter if gets rotated on left wing?, cos I'm sure he still scored goals from there at Redhill, no?

    Thanks for your opinions

Thinking it might be safer to start with Jimenez and see how Werner goes. Keeping ziyech though

Don't see many considering Ayew over Mitrovic. I think he's the one I'd consider strongly at that price. Is there any reason for this?

Palace's first 4 aren't terrible for attacking returns and after those games they look delightful.

I wonder how quickly people will drop Bruno when the pens don’t come.

Sure I expect assists and the odd goal but Utd were given so many pens in the closing stages even in the Europa league and FA cup - Bruno scored 8 in total.

Obviously the quick touches And movement into the box helps but It seems inconceivable that the pens will keep flowing to the same degree that made Bruno look like such a great option.
