Onana - great pick and underrated as one right now. Quality fixtures against bad sides.

Defence, Trippier has to come in for Chilwell this week otherwise you will have to forgo him.

If Saka is injured then yes, Son or JWP for him. I don't like 8 attackers in FPL. 7 attackers plus one 4.5m depending on formation is miles better.

This is not a WC soldier.
    It's a team reveal. Hahaha!
I will not be swayed by tittle-tattle X-bollox rumours.

    Ederson
    Trippier, Cash, Botman
    Saka, Son, Diaby, Gordon, Maddison
    Alvarez, Haaland

    Bench: Areola, Estupinan, Archer, Romero

I'm hoping not to have to rely on another -2 from Romero.
GL everyone. See you on the other side.

      You still have Pedro!

If you know both are cleared just hold. If Saka injured I'd hit him out for Son, Bowen or JWP.

Pedro is clearly an issue though so Morris in isn't bad per say.

Chances of playing CF slim to none. Wilson rested and Isak fit. Good option and cheapest but also 1 yellow away from a ban.

      Has to be Cash haha.

      Cash:
      Better team.
      Better form.
      More attacking.
RW this week potentially with Bailey injured.
      Home.

      Chilwell:
      Potentially injured.
      Potentially dropped anyway.
      Plays for Chelsea.
      Away game.
If he plays it will be LB. No chance he is LW this week with their players unavailable.

Thanks, already have Botman but prefer Newcastle defence over Villa.

Cash rising yesterday has put me off slightly too. Not sure if Digne is a better option at 4.6?

Moreno is on his way back now and Emery adores him.

Cash may be RW now Bailey is out.

He's template but he's a great pick. More of an investment though as I don't like Brighton as a fixture for a defender. Newcastle defence for sure better. Avoid Digne anyway.

If you had 1FT and owned both Saka and Chilwell, and Saka is confirmed injured, would you rather swap Chilwell for Cash or Saka for Son? Son is the higher ceiling player, but if something happens to one of your other players next week (which could happen as a lot of popular players are flagged) Saka will at least be available for Man City, whereas Chilwell will remain a problem. Could always bring in Cash next week.

I would just have Maddison this week if cleared. I don't like Mitoma on a WC, and I have owned him all season.

I'd go Diaby or JWP for Mitoma.

Burn and no Trips, Bot and Schar on a WC is rough.

Kabore if you want to play him over Cash.

van Hecke if you want a long term gamble.

Branth if you want boring, long term safety.

4.5m or below: Burn, Reguillon, van der Wen Coufal and Colwill. Whoever is needed in bad weeks for your defenders.

That's who I'm waiting on. Got Botman for Henry last week, now I need to shift Gusto or Chilwell on the cheap.

Eddie Howe says they will give every chance to Callum Wilson and Sven Botman to be fit for GW7.

Emil Krafth will make his long-awaited return for the U21s tonight.

Harvey Barnes will be out for "around three months".

A late check will also be made on Alexander Isak, according to Eddie Howe.

        That is very true yes!

I did see that a lot in the comments but I've checked the quote and it is from Eddie Howe himself so think it's good to go in this case 🙂

I must have missed that? I only seen the late check for him from Eddie with no confirmation either way

Breaking: Sven Botman is OUT for today. Injury could see him out for a month.

Despite being informed yesterday there was no injury logged with Wilson, he's also out today...

Would you buy Burn (if hes fit) or Cash for the next 3 before WC

    or

Would you go for a cheaper option which will help with funds moving forward, like a reguilon or everton def maybe or even Burnley def

Would be selling Chilwell (rest of the def is Trippier, Kabore, Udogie, Estu)

funds would help if I want to delay the WC beyond 9/10

Buying Cash means if I want Salah I would have to either WC for sure or switch to a 4-4-2 in GW9/10

Depends on context. I'd rather have Cash, but I'm putting money aside for Darwin in GW9 so am going cheap in defence.

Basically I will bring Son in for Saka this week or next week

Then would want to get Salah in GW9 or 10 and was planning on WC but if I plan out the moves and funds I may be able to save the WC for later in the season, the way its panned out I would only really be wildcarding for salah and to make some minor changes to my bench and keeper, Ive got most of the players I want already and main targets of Son and Salah I could get with fts. But to do that I would need to spend a max of 4.4 on Chilwell replacement and probably better to go as cheap as viable to have that buffer 0.3-0.4 itb.

Obviously things could change and I may WC anyway but just wondering if its worth the flexibility the fodder gives or better to just get the better asset now and just lock the WC in (provided I still want Salah in 9/10)

      random walk
A simple example of a random walk is a drunkard's walk. A drunk man has no preferential direction. Therefore, he's equally likely to move in all directions.

Hope Saka is out so I can do bench him and do Eze to Bowen this week. If he's confirmed fit will save the ft

Not worth moving Saka on anyway if injured with the nasty fixtures on the horizon? I’ve moved him on after WC’ing anyway and will likely bring back once they get easier

Depends on your team and plans. On wildcard makes sense to drop him. I'd rather use my trades elsewhere. Saka is one that I definitely want going forward so won't waste two transfers mucking about
