Who is the best captain for FPL Gameweek 7?

Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers welcome the first ‘double’ of the season, with captain goliath Erling Haaland (£14.1m) facing competition for the armband from the unlikeliest Gameweek 7 teams – Luton Town and Burnley.

As usual, the Captain Sensible article is here to highlight which assets have the best chance of hauling.

Firstly, let’s assess the fallout of the captain poll, before then analysing the best options, Rate My Team (RMT) and the Premier Fantasy Tools ratings ahead of Saturday’s 11:00 BST deadline.

GAMEWEEK 7 CAPTAIN POLL

The electorate has shown little regard for armband candidates who play twice. Haaland dominates once again as the runaway leader of our Double Gameweek 7 poll.

The Manchester City forward travels to Wolverhampton Wanderers in fine form, scoring eight times over the opening six Gameweeks. That’s why he’s backed by just over half of the total votes cast by users.

Last time out, Carlton Morris (£5.5m) dispatched his second successful spot kick to earn Luton’s first point of the season. Busy throughout, he smashed the post from distance and missed a separate big chance.

Moussa Diaby (£6.6m) occupies third place with 3.21% of the vote. Following closely is Mohamed Salah (£12.5m) and Jarrod Bowen (£7.1m).

Can't decide what to do here.
I have Gusto (susp), Botman, Saka, Reguilon, ( all flagged) then Archer as 8th attacker.
If Botman and Saka don't both play I can't field 11.
Options are:
A) Saka to Bowen
B) Reguilon to a 4.5 Def and hope Saka starts.
What do you think?

    Watkins just fits the team structure. Diaby would mean dropping one of the mids which I don’t want to do. Foden/Maddison wil become Martinelli/Saka in gw 10.
    
    Mitoma has amazing fixtures from gw 10 and a good game this gw. Fixtures are tough admittedly in gw 8and 9 but I trust Brighton to put a couple past any team and Mitoma is their talisman. Getting a placeholder now would mean a hit later.

  I would also gone Burnley defender over Luton if I could so I like. I think you're perhaps a bit early on Villa assets, but I might be wrong (Brighton can't defend so Watkins might do well).
  With that defense im not sure you need Udogie, and after 10 you don't want him anyway. I wouldn't plan a move, so Maddison from now. But it's easy for me to say.

  I think he starts. I just went Salah for him, and while Bou is a good fixture, my reasoning is that a player and a team that is so heavily hurt with injuries, and yes, mist are minor, could potentially damage the performance, so when both Saka is struggling with fitness and the like of Rice and others too, is that Arsenal team in that good shape? Watching Spurs not defending later today will be fun.
