Ooh thats interesting. Bowen's fixtures are great and he's doing well. Assuming you have Haaland, I'd personally rather spread out my players than double up on an iffy city team. But it's a close call

Nunez and Salah link up so damn good. Just wonder why Klopp did not decide to start him as Diaz played. Only thing I can really think of is that Nunez still has a slight issue with his knee. Can't not see him starting at home to Forest though.

400k rank abit dissapointing but topping my ML atm (hairs breadth though)

I'm fairly pleased that having used my WC in GW5 I have landed on this now after 2FTs:

    Areola (Davies)
    Cash Udogie Scharr (Taylor Botman)
    Salah(c) Maddison Bowen Saka Mbuemo
    Watkins Haaland (Muniz)

Botman/Mbuemo/Udogie are the minor issues, but this works well I think.

How am I looking? Am I kidding myslef? What do you think?

I’ve just built this non haaland draft. TV 102. Really like it.

    Areola Turner
    Trippier Porro Cash Estu Kabore
    Son Saka Salah Maddison Bowen
    Watkins Alvarez Wissa

Have all of Son Saka Salah Watkins Trippier. What else more could you want (other than haaland)?

It's tempting. I think it's viable. I won't do it though. I think you can get a Salah + Haaland draft with only small sacrifices. Yes Trip is amazing, but the fixtures are turning and there are cheap options that will cover 90% of his returns. Wissa is a nice option, but he's just going to be benched most of the time right? Triple Spurs is counting on them continuing their form in tougher fixtures... I think Haaland is better. imo. Good luck if you go for it!

Your TV is looking decent so you are fortunate to be able to put a nice squad like that together. My TV is 103m now so can afford not having any 4.0s or 4.5's on my bench plus I even have 0.5 to spare at the moment. Areola and Turner best GK pair to own as well to stretch your budget a bit.

I decided to do it last night, everyone says the pens cannot continue but they did previously for Bruno.

      16, 15, 10, 1, 8, 5 the last three weeks seen rank tank to 4m, if I had jumped last wk -8 probably 2m.

Son, Diaby, L Diaz > Salah, Gordon, Palmer -4

You'll want a stronger bench in the run up to Christmas

      Areola
      Trippier Cash Udogie Gabriel Tsimi
      Salah Saka Maddison Bowen
      Haaland Watkins
Turner Archer Foster Palmer Anderson etc

If I want a strong eleven, I just can't do it. I missed so many price rises and falls this season, worst one yet.

  8. Nate(U)dog(ie)

With Bowen rising last night it looks like if I'm doing Son + Colwill to Bowen + Trippier I'll have to do it tonight. Far from ideal.

Was already beginning to worry a bit on Diaby too but can't sell before Luton. The eye test with him still stands him in good stead but I've had this feeling over the last few weeks that he might simply be one of those that always looks good but just doesn't produce returns enough (mind Watkins actually bloody finishing off some of the plethora of chances he creates for him would help). Tied 3rd in the whole division for big chances created (6) and yet only has 3 assists , 10th for npxGI

      • 12 Years

I think Diaby has been unlucky. The ability and threat are there. I think I am keeping him at least til gw13.

Question is whether we can resist Mitoma, gordon, palmer for that midfield spot

    2. House Frey Wedding Planner

Price rises are annoying but it's still better to refrain from early moves in case there are injuries in the games before the deadline which could change any well laid plan

He will tick over nicely. Think his minutes will not always be 90 but happening to many players as managers probably want to avoid injuries and keep players fresh. I have him and will be keeping. Mainly for my bench anyway.

March is out do you watch the games?

Head coach De Zerbi said: “This is the worst thing today.

“I think we can lose Solly March for a long time and Welbeck I don’t know - it’s a muscular problem.

“This season is different. “We are losing too many players

Igor is a CB. The preferred option seems to have been Dunk + Van Hecke recently, but Igor & Webster getting games too.

Dunk is the safest choice from that position.

I think RDZ is trying to give Igor some game time to get him up to speed, although I'd prefer if he didn't do that against City and Pool...

I agree - Van Hecke has looked excellent and his partnership with Dunk was improving game by game.

    Saka / Maddison / Son / Neto / JWP
    Watkins / Haaland

    Bench
    Botman / Anderson / Wissa

    0.9M ITB, 1 FT

I am considering getting in Salah + Alvarez for Haaland and JWP
JWP just feels like really bad coverage for Bowen which I am short on funds to get in. While I will be taking a hit to bring in Salah, it does seem worth it as I can captain him as opposed to having Haaland vs MANU away. I will also be able to get in Alvarez in time ahead of the Bournemouth game.

Any thoughts or other suggestions? It does feel like I can do without Haaland atm whilst Salah is once again proving himself to be rather indispensable.

Good option. Might as well run without haaland now until after their blank, unless injuries or whatever. This is probably the best run of games to go without him, and spread the funds into midfield. If you’re feeling brave.
