Who would you bench out of this lot?

    A. Foden (liv)
    B. Watkins (TOT)
    C. Son (avl)
    D. Bowen (BUR)

The rest of my front 8 are doublers (Solanke, Morris, Barkley). RMT says Foden but it just seems wrong to bench him!

If Salah features tomorrow it's a game changer.

I've got KDB lined up to replace him but it's not straightforward even with £1m itb.

Otherwise last on the bench and Turner to Neto.

With Martinez benched against Spurs, Man City and likely Arsenal.

That will be wildcard season by gw33 anyhow.

Salah is the reason I’m asking, I’ve already done KDB to Son & I plan to add Salah to him, if I bring in another Bournemouth defender I’m committing to a hit to bring him in at GW30, if I go cheaper & plan for Palace double I can pick up a single assets & get Salah in one move in 30.

Are they likely to keep 2 CS when their main CB is now out? This is the question I keep asking myself, can they now be swerved.

Would be for a -4 to create funds for Salah.

If I don’t take the hit my back 3 are Gabriel, Doughty & VVD or Van Hecke.

        I’m ok for 30-32

This is what I’m wrestling with, I’m more tempted to grab a cheap Palace defender & plan for their later double (I’m FH29) & not have to take a hit in 30 for Salah.

Interesting on the Palace double front. Crellin's odds show likely double against WHU (H) and NEW (H) in 34 over wol (A) and NEW (H) in 37

A wildcard can't run scared of one weeks fixture...

For myself because I will have triple Spurs in against Luton in 30 after building non FH team for 29 so good to hold for that, but don't want any of them in WC team. I'm keeping Saka, Haaland and Palmer in interim anyway as too much value tied up to ditch.

Potentially just Watkins and Taylor in GW29

    A) WC28
    B) FH29

    Gabriel Taylor Ake
    Gordon Foden Saka Havertz
    Solanke Haaland Watkins

Easily FH, you have 2 players, ignore talk of upside because you will gain massively.

    Dubravka,

Saka Gross KDB Palmer (Hee Chan)

1: Senisi to Zabarnyi (free, start Estu)
2: Trippier to Daughty, Senisi to Kwior or Zabarnyi (-4)
3: KDB to Salah, Trippier to Daughty (-4) (get ahead of Salah price jump)

I was even considering keeping Kelleher to free up funds but Alisson will probably be back by the time I want to BB. The Neto/Areola rotation looks pretty good apart from GWs 36 and 38. You're right that Leno might be better though having looked at it, although obviously Areola saves £0.6m

Foden has played more football this season than Haaland. Plus think he wants to give him some confidence before Sunday. He’s got his goal now, don’t think he’ll see that many mins in 2nd half.

Already did KDB to Bellingham and saved more cash on the side... that was more likely and clearly I was right.....

You weren't clearly right, you'd have been clearly right if KDB was benched and Foden started. They were both benched.

    What would be best transfer?
    Trippier to Doughty/Zab
    Or KdB to Son/Bowen

Trip to Dough if not FH29

Any news on Trippier … hearing some rumours he’s out for a couple of weeks?

    a) play Foden (Liv)

    b) play Palmer (New)

    c) -4 play Tavernier (Sheff Utd + Luton)

Thinking about putting Haaland on the bench also. One of those three.

C is a no for me

If WC-ing, then Salah seems obvious choice with Solanke, Morris, Watkins in front?

It isnt that scary to be without Haaland with 3 gw-s - Liverpool, blank, Arsenal.

If I was one WC, I would just get Salah in.

Next two would be bench and blank for him. I am not 100% sure that's optimal. He might drop and Solanke blanks gw29. Therefore someone like Maddison who has gw29 fixture might be better idea.

Also, we don't know which of our mids is injured gw30 when we want Salah in. Haaland is not a must vs Arsenal.

Can easily score in those games though, I fancy him scoring 2 in each to be honest

    Flekken Areola
    Saliba Gabriel Estu Doughty Gusto
    KDB Foden Saka Luiz Palmer
    Haaland Watkins Toney
    2fts, 1.2itb

    A) Estu, Toney to Zabarnyi, Solanke and FH29
    B) 28 - KDB to Bowen, 29 - Estu, Saka to Udogie, Son (8 players)

I am on -12 now and my bench is Areola, Foden, Porro, Bradley. I am starting to feel that this is WC territory. Porro seems to be injury risk and he has to go. Could Romero be better pick than Udogie?

Having a rough time of it this year. 3m +
Unsure which way to go. Chips remaining, FH and TC

    Kamanski
    Gabriel,Moreno,Doherty
    Saka,KDB,Foden,Barkley,Garnacho
    Solanki,Haaland

    Flekken,Senesi,Trippier,Toney 1.6m itb 2 Free transfers.

KDB > Bowen will probably be 1 transfer.

I am having rough time also, but not that bad. Trippier prolly out. I am considering Romero over Udogie.

That’s a possibility . Wouldn’t be FHing if Bowen and Romero came in.
Then 2 more for -4 to make 9 players in 29.

The other way is to go KDB and Toney > Salah and Semenyo and FH in 29.

On paper could work but in form of his life.

Prob means a easy route back to salah gw30

You need him back gw31 when Haaland is also needed. On WC selling him means one transfer less, so I am undecided.
