Ignoring the rest of the team which do you prefer:

    A) TAA and 6.5mid
    B) Van Dijk and Jota

I've gone winks in my current draft, guaranteed minutes... but he's my 3rd bench option, and I don't like having 4.5 mill on my 3rd bench option, not when we've been blessed with so many 4.0 starting options in defence... so thinking its worth taking a gamble on x2 4.0 defs to then give Rogers or Bobb a go instead

Anyone think Darwin might come good this season? He bangs them in for fun for his country and with the change of system at Liverpool he might surprise a few. Don’t think he was suited to Klopps fast, heavy metal style and he may get more time to boss a few defenders about???
    Just wondering

Solanke has missed 31 big chances in 5 seasons.
Nunez missed 27 last season alone.

I love nunez, he's comfortably a better footballer than pretty much anyone at his price point... but he's not a reliable fantasy asset, not yet anyway... Jota much more reliable and the likely starter up top... if/when Jota gets injured though, or if they make the anfield goals 0.5inch bigger!

    RMT please

    Henderson
    Gravidol, hall, martinez
    Eze, Gordon, salah, saka, bobb
    Havertz, isak
    (Muniz, barco, myolenko, slicker)
No foden as he is apparently being rested. 3.5m in the bank as a safety for palmer/foden after gw1

    1. Bocaginge
      • 10 Years
      1 year, 3 months ago

You won’t be able to move for Foden without taking a -4 (you’ve already got 3 City assets)
Also you won’t be able to afford moving Bobb out for either Foden or Palmer.
If you are planning on getting one of those two in after GW1 then you’ll likely be playing a 3-5-2 so it doesn’t make sense having so much money tied up in Muniz sitting on your bench. Either pocket the extra cash by downgrading him to a 4.5 or go Gordon to Palmer/Foden now, moving Bobb to a 4.5m mid and play out a 3-4-3 with confidence of returns

      1. Caws13
        • 3 Years
        1 year, 3 months ago

Thanks - plan is to keep bobb for first couple of GW’s and move him out for CHO/amad/ESR. Then move in palmer for Gordon. Foden is set to miss GW1 and Chelsea have been poor pre season and meet city first game so seems waste of cash to have them in from GW1. Leaving the cash in the bank is ready to bring in players whose price will go up. Yeah 3 5 2

Also consider Semenyo and CHO as alternative 5.5s. Personally I would take 0.5 back from Bob and get a 4.5 bench fodder mid and then upgrade a 4.5 defender for Munoz

Sack off bobb for a 4.5. sack off quansah for a 4.0. you have 1 mil extra to spend on defence.

( ips BRE NFO BOU wol ) + Manchester united where he always feasts against im first 6 gws

Id double up with Salah and Jota. Can see goals for Liverpool and one attacker is not enough imo.

Salah usually has strong starts and fresh off an extended break will be much fresher than those who played euros and copa.

No. Could start slow and Gvardiol wasn't as attacking. Still a good option though. Gvardiol or no one imo.

Porro isn't needed. I'm not sure if he's even fully nailed. Spurs tends to concede goals although Porto is extremely attacking

Feel Arsenal 6mil is more important than garv

7.5 mid is a great spot to drop to eze if and when he gets going

I don't get the reasoning for having 8 attackers all 5.5 or more. Feels like a waste of budget to me. Not a big fan of Sanchez either. What are your expectations for where Pedro plays? I had him at the start but am now off him because I want to see how Brighton plays before going there, at least for the first 3 fixtures
