      Idea is to avoid having too many awkward fixtures in my XI for GW3 (Liverpool, Newcastle and Spurs players), which I would otherwise have had with my planned WC2 team. Hence no Trent, plus a bench with good GW3 fixtures.

      Might be able to pick up more price rises with this team too.

          Just doesn't look that great imo. I'd want ESR and he's not got a great fixture. I don't think Rogers is very appealing. Few good-value defenders have a good GW1 AND GW3, making GW3 a poor week for my team fixture-wise. Having to carry an extra 1.0-2.5m on the bench means I can't attack the first 3 GWs so well. I tried BB GW2 as well, but it wasn't any better.

    I'm looking at ESR and wondering if there's a better 5.5m to roll the dice on.

    Minteh has looked really good in preseason and the first two games are not bad. eve MUN. Both games Brighton should expect to score in.

    The other option is Murphy. He's been really good in pre-season and since I don't have Gordon, he looks an enticing short-term option with upside for cheap. Could be the Bobb replacement of choice.

    I don't really think any of the other options are that good. Rogers is fine, but the first two games aren't great. You also have Kamada if you want some Palace attack. CHO is an option as well. He's really sunk out of sight but the fixtures are there for NFO.

          Great team. You could argue Rogers over Bailey and transfer him later in. Rogers can get price raises in GW 1+2. And from GW3 the Villa fixtures get better so Bailey comes to more value. Or Gabriel to Porro and Bailey to Eze

      A. Don't think there is much between them. Do believe Salah owners should captain him against a 'weak' opponent like Ipswich though. Otherwise Jota is a good pick.

      B. Muniz all day. Attacking points are way more important then defenders points this year.
