      Football has grown big enough to support this, at the very least they should enable clubs to show their own matches via subscription services

      Haaland is a gift in simplicity as if you own him then surely he gets the captaincy. He’s also a burden (like today) because it takes a strong mind to go against him with the armband. Hindsight is a wonderful thing

        I also said a few days ago that teams will start to find it easier (still very difficult) if Man City become too reliant on Haaland. Eventually you need a foil. Until today there have been too few sources of goals for city (in my opinion) and teams will start to handle Haaland better because of the lack of consistent threat elsewhere. I got called arrogant for saying this but to an extent today was an example where maybe this happened . My point was always about stopping Haaland scoring and not necessarily Man City .

      I'm guessing Haaland has scored the majority of his points with Rodri or De Bruyne on the pitch. I think not having either of them is a fairly big reason he's not scoring.

        I would agree, particularly de bruyne. But again with them in the side it is to feed one man (in general) . I’m not saying it’s easy to stop all I’m saying is if there is predominantly one threat you can adjust the way you defend against that to reduce the chances of conceding goals. Today an unlikely man got two goals which maybe suggest the usual route was being nullified (the route to Haaland)
